I found Madison Rose Bakery as i was browsing thru instagram posts about #vegancakes for our daughter's 21st bday. Never thought my husband and I would LOOOVE the Vegan cake. We were at first skeptical on what it would taste like. But we were surprised that it tasted so much better than the regular cakes that we always had. It was moist and the texture was like heaven on your palate. The sweetness of the icing was perfect! Not too sweet. Kerry made sure that it was easy for me to order the cake that I wanted so she helped me over the phone. I had my cake delivered to the house in Santa Clarita (lucky their location is close to my house) and Kerry personally delivered it on time. Very pleasant and sincere in person. And I must say she is hardworking too! Our daughter was so happy for her cake and enjoyed it with her friends and family. We had an amazing 4th of July party (honoring my husband's retirement and son's college graduation) all catered by this amazing bakery. Party goers (vegan, dieters, and regular eaters) all gorged on the fabulous food. The party was caribbean themed which consisted of jerk chicken, jerk pork, empanadas, two types of rice and steamed vegetables. Today I got my second gluten free doughnut order from Madison Rose Bakery. They are just as amazing as the first order. This time I got lemon blueberry (protein) doughnuts. They are so hearty that I can freeze most of the dozen and just take one or two out each day. Believe me, having gluten sensitivity is difficult, but I can eat these products and not worry about the "results." The macroon had a very good taste though size was the diameter of golf ball and half the height.
