It is not fair and it's very sneaky for a business to do things like this especially when you are coming to them from a good place. I called and asked to get my money back and they refused saying that other places do this as well, that I could use the money for something else within either services, that I had set a date with them and I can change it, or that me setting a date still counted as services. All of these I can understand, BUT it should have been mentioned prior to completing my transaction. Jose should have said that it is nonrefundable BEFORE the transaction was made like a good business would let you know. For anyone else looking into their services just know that it is NONREFUNDABLE.

The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate our vision by creating a package that met all of our needs and wishes. Our ceremony was beautiful, and although we chose not to hold a reception, we were able to add a cocktail hour to thank our guests for celebrating our special day with us. Gina will book a premarital appointment with the couple to get to know you. Then there's wedding rehearsal the day before your wedding. There seemed to be a lot of steps during the rehearsal but on the day of, the wedding coordinator and hostess will help guide the wedding party to ensure smooth ceremony, our ceremony was perfect and beautiful! They'll open up the church 1.5 hr before ceremony for pictures. There's a pianist who you can request songs for him to play.
