My son's memorial service was held at Christ Church Unity in April 2023. The event was absolutely…read morebeautiful and memorable. The church rallied many of its parishioners to make the event as special as humanly possible, and it truly was. We also did a Facebook live so that people that couldn't attend the service could watch the service which The church graciously provided a coordinator for this. We had close to 100 people attend and the church accommodated that number perfectly. We had a taco catering in the back area that was beautifully decorated as was the tables in their fellowship hall. Guests were able to eat in a shaded area outside or eat inside fellowship hall, whichever they preferred. The minister Stu gave a wonderful talk at my son Jonathan's service. Stu let me set up everything exactly as I wanted it set up in the church and fellowship hall. They provided quality audiovisual equipment for a memorial video and beautiful music to play for everyone to sing with. I know my son was smiling down from Heaven and was very impressed at how beautiful this perfect little church made his celebration of life service. When it's my time, I would love my service to be performed there!

I was married at this location on August 1, 2015, and they are the PERFECT location for small, intimate wedding. The chapel holds about 80 people comfortably. They offer a great wedding package that includes the wedding coordinator, music, and decorations. For an added fee you can hire their minister or you can bring your own wedding officiant. In addition, they have an onsite kitchen, so for an additional charge, you could also hold your reception on the premises. I love this place for weddings because the chapel is a "real" church. It's not some room made up to look like a wedding site. In addition, the grounds are beautiful. There's a lovely yard and a gazebo in the back. I highly suggest that if you are looking for a low-cost place to hold a smaller wedding that you give Christ Church Unity a call. Yenmin was absolutely AMAZING! I did not expect to cry at all and the tears were FLOWINGGGGGG. She gave an option to do the ceremony in Spanish for my family and we did not expect that. Very professional and accommodating staff! The second Yenmin began to give the ceremony, I felt as if me and my husband were alone in the room getting ready to step into the next phase of our life. Gina will book a premarital appointment with the couple to get to know you. Then there's wedding rehearsal the day before your wedding. There seemed to be a lot of steps during the rehearsal but on the day of, the wedding coordinator and hostess will help guide the wedding party to ensure smooth ceremony, our ceremony was perfect and beautiful! They'll open up the church 1.5 hr before ceremony for pictures. There's a pianist who you can request songs for him to play. We truly could not have asked for a more beautiful and meaningful wedding experience. Our wedding was especially emotional and meaningful to us because we chose to have a small ceremony so that our beloved dog, Benji, could be there with us. The entire team understood how important that was and helped make the day feel so personal and full of love. Every little detail felt thoughtful, and we never once felt rushed. One of the most special things they did for us was accommodate a private first dance after our ceremony. It was such a simple request, but it became one of our favorite moments of the entire day. They even captured it on video for us, including a beautifully edited clip that we will treasure forever. Having that memory to look back on means more to us than I can put into words. My husband and I wanted an intimate, fairytale-like wedding with our closest friends and family and we are so happy we chose Albertson Wedding Chapel as our venue. We had toured several other locations before visiting, but as soon as we saw the chapel, we immediately knew it was where we wanted to say "I do." The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, and the owner went above and beyond to accommodate our vision by creating a package that met all of our needs and wishes. Our ceremony was beautiful, and although we chose not to hold a reception, we were able to add a cocktail hour to thank our guests for celebrating our special day with us. It was so stressful planning this even but Sheryl reassured us and answered all our questions about the venue and was very transparent with everything overall. Amenities: *Parking: there are about 5 parking spots right behind the venue (in the back facing the baseball field) that allow easy access from the cars to the venue. For example, if you have to bring decor in or other heavy things you cannot carry a long distance. This side parking made it very convenient to clean up the decorations and load cars with the gifts. Also, there is a small parking lot right across the street, just a few feet away from the center. The parking lot was able to accommodate all cars of the guests and no one really had to park on the street. As someone who dislikes street parking with a passion, this was a major plus! *The bathrooms were clean and spacious. There were plenty of stalls and no one had to wait in line (not even the ladies!) *There is a big wide window that overlooks the baseball field and the scenery is so calming and nice to look at. It makes me miss when I used to live nearby in Azusa. Now, time to convince my mom to let me have my graduation party here!
