This is my second time visiting here this year. My first time Myaa also took my in store order and was nice and friendly then as well. Fried Chicken is piping hot, crunchy, flavorful and delicious. Comes with fries. Prices are GREAT. My total with tax was $11.01. You will pay double that amount at Popeyes! I love coming to places that value me as a customer, prices are reasonable and customer service is on point. Now my oxtails and bread are covered in cabbage juice and I didn't even get my other side. Manager at the restaurant simply offers an apology, stating that's how they do it, with no other type of remedy. Oxtail dinners only come with 1 side . $40 plus for this. I flagged him in his way back - in, and notified him about my order, and in a few minutes he brought out. I felt like they treated me like a dog who was trying to get free chicken, after I paid my hard earned mone. Popeyes has horrible customer service and sometimes horrible chicken.
