    Chocolate covered donut

Donuts look way more appealing than they really are. Dough is dense and not flavorful. There is way more donut than there is icing. The icing isn't that sweet nor does it compliment the donut. The icing also cracks easily and does not adhere to the donut. Their donuts did not satisfy my donut craving.

Had 8 in the box but 3 have already been devoured!

I've been here a handful of times in the past 3 years. Of the three donut shop options in Grants Pass this one seems to be the best. For one thing the owner is a very sweet and happy man, and I love his big smile every time I've walked into his store! He knows customer service, he is pleasant and friendly and now that he's moved into the bigger shop, everything looks nice and clean and there are several tables to sit and enjoy your donuts at! Another big plus for me are his hours: he is open till 3:00pm! Yay! That's great because I like my sugar shock after noon not before! Most of the variety is gone by late afternoon, but there was definitely enough for me to pick 6 different items to go. I tried a raised chocolate iced with sprinkles and a chocolate old fashioned today. The raised was lovely, cooked perfectly, and tasted yummy. The old fashioned was classic and soft and delectable. Definitely will make this my first choice for donuts in Grants Pass. Lately I've had a hankering for donuts like I haven't in eons!

This is the end of a twist donut with the middle pulled out to ago all the grease soaked outside!

What I got was an extra large serving of hospitality and kindness, a delicious blueberry fritter and a coffee.

What an amazing experience at DASSH Bakery in Grants Pass!…read more From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the owners, a husband-and-wife team who clearly pour their hearts into this bakery. Everything is made fresh, and you can absolutely taste the difference. We ordered the Local Bagel, and it was phenomenal. It had bacon, aioli, and a variety of fresh ingredients that came together perfectly. I honestly can't remember everything that was on it because I was too busy enjoying it! The bagel itself was fresh-made and absolutely delicious. We also tried the ham bagel sandwich with cheddar, ham, and honey mustard, and it was just as fantastic. Every ingredient tasted fresh and high quality. For a sweet treat, we had the blueberry scone, and it was perfection--flavorful, tender, and clearly made from scratch. Their coffee menu is impressive as well. They can make just about any latte you want and offer a great selection of syrups, including cookie butter, vanilla, lavender, and many more. They also have plenty of milk options, including oat milk, almond milk, whole milk, and regular milk. The bakery itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and very inviting. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with outdoor seating available, including two two-top tables and a larger six-top table, making it a great place to relax and enjoy your food and coffee. The service was impeccable. Since the bakery is run by the owners themselves, things may take a little longer during busy times, but that wasn't an issue at all for us. The care, attention, and quality they put into every order are well worth the wait. If you're in Grants Pass, DASSH Bakery is an absolute must-visit. Fresh-made food, outstanding coffee, a clean and comfortable atmosphere, and wonderful owners who truly care about their customers. Easily a five-star experience, and we'll definitely be back! A good variety of bagel flavors every day, they offer a few types of bagel sandwiches or build your own. Also offer pastries but not much was out yet at 9a at opening. Ordered a London Fog to go with it and headed back to my hotel. The service was so welcoming and friendly and her suggestion was spot on. I will not forget that passionfruit mousse ever. Dusted with grated chocolate, it was so rich and creamy, had this subtle caramel-like tone, and yet the passionfruit powered through. Every bite was a true delight. If you are a passionfruit fan you will want to lick the container so you don't miss a morsel. I did not, but definitely wanted to! They add lavender and honey to their London Fog tea which was delicious. I will definitely go back when I next visit GP.

We also enjoyed their homemade, creamy gelato. It's the best gelato in the area and a must try! The service was fast and the staff is super friendly. They have beautiful artwork on the walls and nice lighting to give it a warm winter vibe. We love this place and will definitely be back when we visit Grants Pass!

God had a plan...Visit The Jelly Donut! I walked in to this smaller, unassuming shop and quickly realized this place is for real! The fresh assortment of baked goods was impressive, and the baking racks made it clear they bake fresh on-site. I was tempted by the usual suspects, like the cream-filled eclairs, but the super-sized apple fritter caught my eye, so I jumped on it. Thinking this measly $4 investment would sustain me for many miles of travail, I gobbled it down within a few blocks of the shop. AMAZING! Highly recommend The Jelly Donut! I'll be stopping here the next time I drive through the neighborhood!

Went today, Wednesday at 7:30am they had about 20 bacon and maple(yuk) but not a single filled maple. I asked him to make some and he said that nobody made the custard. It's pretty typical that the younger employees won't do anything more than the minimum here It's a waste of time driving to this place from Merlin even though the donuts are pretty good!
