It was a turn off for me when the greedy owner charged $2 transaction fee for using a credit card or debit card. $50 for grooming a small dog should cover the transaction fee. Who would carry the dirty cash during the pandemic. The owner is rarely at the shop nor helps the poor old lady who is working non-stop. They accept walk-in which is not a good idea because the dog is left at the shop for a long time. read more

As much as I wanted to love this place for their services and affordability, I want to mention there were a few mistakes when I got my dog back. One of the biggest ones was that on my dogs back area, there is a large bald spot which means the razor mistakenly did this to my dog. I know this can happen but I wish there was an explanation or an apology because I have to stare at that spot, waiting for it to grow. Also, they cut the paw area of my dog in a boot style which we did not ask for, and did not really like once we saw her. After taking four hours, we just wanted our dog to get home instead of delaying it anymore. It was a great haircut nevertheless, but I do wish there was more of an attention to detail here. read more

Nancy is super nice! Made an appointment on 5/16 and they accommodated me within 45 min. They were very patient with my puppy, even though he is admittedly very rowdy. Spent all the necessary time bathing him and combing him out! The workers really seem like they care about the dogs. The place is also extremely clean and new. I was surprised that it didn't smell at all. Very welcoming too with coffee, water, and a nice couch. Prices are reasonable. About $45 for a bath and cut for a small dog. $35 for a bath with nail trim and teeth cleaning! They also don't push extra packages on you, which I liked. (I hate petco for doing this.) They're honest and friendly! They also have some groupons floating around so check that out. They're open everyday until 7pm, and there's hardly ever a wait. Took my shih tzu in for a haircut. The shop itself is very well maintained and neat. Lots of merchandise to choose from. The doggie daycare is just crating them, you might as well buy a crate and do this at home. My request was very simple. Shave whole body except for ears and tail. Of course trim the face. I guess the job was okay... but it would be awesome if it was shaved evenly. It isn't too obvious until you see it from another angle. $50 down the drain, but never know till you try eh?! read more

This is a rip off place. I called last night for a Monday morning drop off at 9 am. We talked about Groupon and she said it was only for shampooing even though the Groupon said shampoo and cut. After discussing not using the Groupon because she (the owner? Never gave me her name) said she will give me a $5 discount to not use the Groupon. So the service would be $40 normally $45 for a dog less than 10 lbs. my husband drops of the dog and guess what? She changed the fee to $55 with a $5 discount. I called her right after my husband calls me to tell me this. While on the phone she apologized and said it's $40. When my husband came back to pick up the dog, she charged him $50. He couldn't get me on the phone because I was at work. So opted not to argue with her and paid. WILL NEVER TAKE MY DOG BACK and I hope none of you will either. That's pretty shady. read more

For all the dogs lover please do not bring your dogs to this place to get it groom. I sent my Maltese there when they first open. When I arrived at the shop and found out that my dog is still on the grooming table and his mouth keep bleeding and the blood was dripping down to his chest and legs to find out the groomer was actually cut 1/3 of his tongue. They didn't do anything to the point I rush into the grooming station and grab my dog, rush him to the vet and get him cure. If I wasn't there on time to check on my dog he will be dead by now. Please do not take your dog there for any service or else you will regret. I wish I could give zero star. read more
