This was a horrible experience!!The place is pretty clean. They were able to take my dog without an appointment on a Friday. There was a friendly lady in the front, and there was a not so friendly older Chinese lady with a mask who actually worked on my dog. My dog was scared and she didn't even try to befriend my dog. She literally just dragged my dog inside onto the grooming table. My dog came back with 3 cuts on her stomach!!!! They didn't even bother to tell me when I picked her up. My daughter was horrified When she saw the cuts when I brought her home. Very disappointing experience. At least have the decency to notify the customers of their mistake and apologize when their pets are picked up. Never going back again. read more

Well.... I hate to be the one to give this place a bad rating but my experience was not a good one at all. When walking my dog by this place , I was told to bring it for grooming not appointment necessary as long as I arrive there before 11:00 am we arrived at 10:30 the girl wasn't there the groomer didn't speak English very well. The owner came and translates but said that we need an appointment because she already had some one else at 10:00 am!! It's 10:30 and I wonder why she is still holding that appointment??! She then says she will call the client and call me back to tell me if they can take me today...??! Ok, we waited and waited then finally around 4:00 pm they said to bring my dog. Now the owner wasn't there. The girl who said no appointment needed was there!! I tried to explain that my dog has special needs. But it was difficult to communicate. It took almost 3 hrs. For the grooming to be done. And when I got home I noticed how uneven and choppy was her haircut . Yes, they were kind of nice but we won't be back. I am sorry too that it didn't work for us because we live very close to it.:-( read more

I made the appointment for my two large dogs online. I received a confirmation email and two reminder texts. However, when I arrived to drop off my dogs, the girl at the counter clearly had no idea we were coming. What's more, she had no idea how to get into the reservation system to check it. She didn't speak a word of English, so called someone (presumably the owner?) to talk to me to see what services I wanted. This person relayed the information to counter girl, who then relayed to the groomer, who also spoke no English. Had she known how to use the reservation system, she would have seen all the details regarding my needs and the dogs' issues that they needed to know. Counter girl and groomer then manhandled both my large beasts into one cage. It was like squeezing them into the back of a fiat. They are old dogs, both with severe arthritis, and one has had spinal surgery. I did not like the way they were shoved into the cage. It obviously pained them. I left them there with a bad feeling. A couple hours later I stopped by just to see how it was going. One dog was in a cage with one of those giant blow dryers funneled in...right in Roscoe's face. I watched as the groomer took a furminator to poor Daisy's coat. She ripped at her with such ferocity I knew she had to be hurting her skin. I was not happy. Later, after getting my exhausted, terrified, shaking animals home, they drank water like they'd been in the Sahara for a week. It was a hundred degrees yesterday. Had this place not offered them water all day long ?!? Good grief. Then, I noticed Daisy licking her paw. I saw a square where her foot had been shaved so close and hard that the skin was raw and red. Then I saw the blood. Whether with scissors or razor, I don't know, but this butcher of a groomer had sliced open one of the pads on Daisy's paw. A fairly large section of it was sticking straight out of her foot, like a compound fracture would stick out of a broken leg. So I have to take my dog to the vet today. Don't know if they'll remove the section, put stitches, or what, but this wound is much more than just a little cut. Roscoe, the one who'd had back surgery, has been limping and barely able to walk since we got him home. Lord knows what they did to him. I'm completely disgusted read more

After driving around and multiple rejections (including p*tco) looking for a last minute grooming place, I was ready to give up. I searched online and finally saw this place. I called them and immediately, they accommodated me within 5 minutes even without appointment. I rushed to this place before someone else gets there and takes my spot. As I enter this establishment, I was already amazed on how clean this place was. It smelled so fresh and without a hint of any pet smell to it. There were 2 staff and they were very friendly. One of them took me and my 2 bichon frises to their grooming area (which was sparkling clean) and gave me tips and helped me decide what style were best for them. After the dogs were all settled in, I left them and said they will call me soon as they're ready. Four hours later Nancy (the owner) called me and said that my dogs were ready. At this time, I was 40 minutes away and they were closing in 20 minutes. I told them that and she said not to worry and that they will wait for me. I didn't get there till an hour later. I didn't even get a phone call to rush me nor a bad look whatsoever from them. As a matter of fact, Nancy greeted me and was even very excited to show me my dogs. She took me to their cages and i was astonished on how endearing my dogs look. They've done such a great job, I almost did not recognize them! They look like those model dogs that goes and compete with one another. Plus they gave me a special deal for both! Amazing! I have been to different grooming places and they've topped them all, even those popular places. I totally recommend this place and surely will come back again. Thanks Magic Groomer. read more

After taking Bruno in for a wash, the groomer suggested that I take Bruno into the Vets to have Bruno's teeth looked at and recommended Pet Care Hospital. We love Dr Wang and his staff. More importantly is that they made my dog feel comfortable staying there because she usually hates being alone in a strange place. Thursday was my second time here. The first time I was very happy with the results. Not so happy this second time around.They cut my dogs hair very short. I feel the language barrier was the cause of the miscommunication, but I even showed the groomer a picture of what I wanted. I feel the grooming was rushed. They only have one person working in the whole shop. I waited 18 minutes to pick up my dog, this was after I was told he was ready 30 minutes before I arrived. I could see him behind the glass in the crate but had to wait while another customer was dropping off her two dogs. There was another dog on the grooming table with a muzzle left unattended during this whole time (18 -20 minutes) because the lady dropping off her two dogs was having trouble communicating with the groomer. The groomer had to get someone on the phone to communicate with the lady in English. When the groomer was done with the lady she charged me and brought out my dog .I would hate to be the owner of the poor dog left unattended on the grooming table all that time. I will not be going back and would not recommend this place. read more

Honestly the best groomer. My pup has always done very well at the groomer but he must have been hurt at another location because he was wiggling, crying and even growling at one point. I was so embarrassed and apologizing. The groomer reassured me it was okay and remained patient the entire time. He was super clean when I picked him up and I was so amazed how calm he was there, Usually he is very nervous and anxious, but John and Nancy took very good care of him.
