We had such a great time here at Magic Market! The parking lot/ entrance was a bit hard to find, but for those who are looking it's a small parking lot located right across the heritage square station parking lot. Once we were able to find parking, getting inside was a breeze! All the workers were so nice and friendly. The attendees were also so friendly. The best part was Magic Market is pet friendly and my senior Chihuahua had such a wonderful time there. The food was also amazing!! We had the vegan taco plate & also the vegan hot dogs and coming from a non vegetarian person, I gave it a 10/10. All the booths had curated handmade jewelry, candles, etc which was a plus. The lines for tarot readings / card readings were a bit long and we came there late and so we weren't able to do those so next time coming early as possible is recommended. They even had live performers to bring the good vibes throughout the market. Overall, I would definitely come back (and would even bring a blanket as recommended on the website) to be able to sit and enjoy more with my dog. Thank you for such a cute little magical market! We made the four-hour drive to Magic Market because we were really looking forward to it, but unfortunately it ended up being a letdown. The parking situation was confusing, with very little guidance on where to go, which wasn't a great way to start the day. Once inside, we were surprised by how quickly we made it through the event. There weren't many vendors, and after about 30 minutes, we felt like we had seen everything. We also purchased the Witch Pass, but it didn't feel like it added enough to justify the price. The vendors we met were wonderful, and they weren't the issue. We just expected a larger, more organized event with more to do, especially after traveling so far. We drove four hours to attend Magic Market because we were genuinely excited about the event, so it was incredibly disappointing when it didn't live up to our expectations. The biggest issue was the parking. The instructions were incredibly unclear, and we spent way too much time trying to figure out where we were actually supposed to go. Once we found it, we had to drive up a rough dirt road with broken concrete that wasn't what we expected based on the event information. For future events, I highly recommend the organizers create a short video showing exactly how to access the parking area, as it would eliminate a lot of confusion. For anyone still planning to attend, parking opens at 1 PM. You need to drive up the dirt road with the black fence to reach the dirt parking lot. If that lot is full, you'll need to find street parking. We arrived right at 1 PM and ended up leaving after only about 30 minutes because there were very few vendors. The event felt much smaller than advertised and honestly seemed poorly organized. We also purchased the $42 Witch Pass, which didn't feel worth the cost. It included a tote bag and access to a few historic buildings, but there just wasn't enough included to justify the price. I want to be clear that this review is not about the vendors--they were all lovely. My disappointment is with the event organizers. Between the confusing parking, the lack of vendors, and the value of the Witch Pass, the overall experience fell far short of what we were expecting after making a four-hour drive. read more

This was my first time ever going to Magic Market and Heritage Square, so it was fantastic to check both off my bucket list! The festival was very easy to navigate and see all of the vendors. And don't get me started on the variety! So many things to buy and do! My friends and I got aura photos taken which were lovely and we all got a lip reading as well which was so much fun and something I had never heard of! Would totally go again! read more

This was the perfect event for the spooky season! Heritage Square will always be the best venue in Los Angeles. I enjoyed the outside space and Victorian houses. There were numerous vendors available, offering a range of services and delicious food. We saw a vendor who provided readings from scanning people's irises. There were traditional tarot cards and psychic readers. Admission was less than $20 each. My best friend found a cute ring and a little trinket she got for her goddaughter. I went straight to their boba stand, and it was delicious. The boba had the chewy texture I enjoy. My husband went to the coffee booth, and it gave me the extra boost he needed to explore the market. There was live music, which was dope. We enjoyed Juan Narcos' performance! Parking can be limited just like everywhere else in Los Angeles. Plan ahead! Overall, attending the market was a good time. My beautiful sissy found out about this event and asked if I'd like to join her. Of course I said, "yes!" Magic Market is a metaphysical marketplace featuring a variety of vendors selling whimsical goods, vintage/new clothing, jewelry, and plants. Also offered are Tarot readings, Palmistry, Reiki, workshops, & yoga classes. The marketplace was held in the historic Heritage Square amongst the beautiful Victorian homes. Early arrival is suggested in order to take advantage of the readings. However, sissy did manage to get a Reiki session. We enjoyed browsing through the vendor booths and got to walk through one of the homes. The line for the Vegan food offerings were long but we got lucky and enjoyed a delicious blueberry cinnamon roll from Gooey Center Bakery. Overall, it was a well-organized and enjoyable event.
