Parking is easy to find as they provide valet parking which is marketed as free, but realistically tip-based. Entrance fee is less than $10 which is much cheaper than the Rose Bowl Flea Market. There is a good variety of booths from candles and crystals to vintage clothing and underrated designers. The prices range from very cheap ($1-$5 clothes) all the way up to hundreds of dollars for rare finds. The sellers are very casual and chill which makes shopping here a fun experience. There is also art and furniture here and the Grove is walking distance from this place. Erewhon is also a couple blocks away. Overall, this is the perfect spot for any tourist visiting LA wanting to experience the lovely sunny weather. It is also a great place to kill time on a Sunday and people watch (with sunglasses preferably).

I'm glad that this event is revitalizing life back into the Little Tokyo Galleria Mall, which I might visit if I had to go to Daiso, I want good taiyaki or walnut cakes, or we're just randomly wandering in the area. It's not a destination I necessarily go out of my way to go to if I'm in LT, so this is nice. Just know that the air flow AC might not be the best and even during the spring months it gets really muggy and warm inside, so I can't imagine the summer events. Hopefully it's improved. Also just a fair warning, depending on the popularity of the "theme" of the flea market, there might not be THAT much of what you're purchasing. I went to the Chiikawa themed one in the past and yes there were a COUPLE vendors with original art of Chiikawa, but like no vendors had any official merchandise (or everything was already sold out by noon). Even the pop up tat artists didn't have any Chiikawa ones NOR did they have temp tattoos (you know a lot of people would pay for this and great for kids). Go with lower expectations and don't expect the theme to be super on point, but again, nice event for the community.

Didn't buy anything from the vendors at the flea market but did buy a matcha bowl and whiskey holder for a really good price along with a sun hat at one of the stores inside the galleria. Will certainly be back, they validate parking too. That's always cool. Lost a star because they didn't really have much restaurants or places to eat or grab a snack. They also have an Asian market/grocery store, so if you want to grab groceries after checking the flea market, that's convenient.

Plenty of booths to discover and plenty of food trucks to offer. There's music in the back corner. Lots of great artistic stuff to browse through. Don't mistake this for a swap meet because you can get everything brand new. Nothing second hand here. It's also dog friendly as long as you have your friend on a leash. Hopefully not jumping all over everyone and that also means your significant other. I got a sample of strawberry jam from this one booth that was selling dried goods. Was really good and wished I could have put that on a bagel or something. I spoke with the guy at the leather goods booth about phone cases. Great stitch work and great selections for leather. This is going to be first Saturday of each month so it's good to check it out if you don't have anything to do on a Saturday. Enjoy the music at the market with a few snacks in hand.

There weren't many vendors, and after about 30 minutes, we felt like we had seen everything. We also purchased the Witch Pass, but it didn't feel like it added enough to justify the price. The vendors we met were wonderful, and they weren't the issue. We just expected a larger, more organized event with more to do, especially after traveling so far. Overall, we were just very disappointed in the whole event.

The biggest issue was the parking. The instructions were incredibly unclear, and we spent way too much time trying to figure out where we were actually supposed to go. For future events, I highly recommend the organizers create a short video showing exactly how to access the parking area, as it would eliminate a lot of confusion. For anyone still planning to attend, parking opens at 1 PM. You need to drive up the dirt road with the black fence to reach the dirt parking lot. If that lot is full, you'll need to find street parking. We arrived right at 1 PM and ended up leaving after only about 30 minutes because there were very few vendors. The event felt much smaller than advertised and honestly seemed poorly organized. We also purchased the $42 Witch Pass, which didn't feel worth the cost. It included a tote bag and access to a few historic buildings, but there just wasn't enough included to justify the price. I want to be clear that this review is not about the vendors--they were all lovely. My disappointment is with the event organizers. Between the confusing parking, the lack of vendors, and the value of the Witch Pass, the overall experience fell far short of what we were expecting after making a four-hour drive.

If you are into horror and such this is definitely a spot you would like. There are a variety of items to purchase here. Some are more run of the mill mass produced items like candles, purses, slippers, books and such. While other items were clearly thrifted and one of a kind or vintage. Very neat to have that kind of a variety. For example you can get a $20 skill candle or a $400 old operating table. See what I mean? It's definitely a great store to browse around. I easily spent 20 minutes just looking between their three rooms. The reason I did dock one star though is that while it was fun to browse, it's not necessarily my kind of merch. To each their own. Even more so I did find some of the prices to be a little high, maybe it's just me. One example I could give was I found a pretty simple necklace with a bat and heart that I've literally seen a hundred times over at Claire's. That necklace easily is about $7 or so, but here they were selling it for $35. I get they need to make a profit but the quality wasn't there and it was giving child's costume jewelry at a more expensive price. Surely they need to make the rent and knowing that a lot of people who come in are more so "just looking around" it makes sense prices need to be adjusted. A final positive to end on a good note is that the staff are absolutely lovely here. There were multiple staff working which I appreciated. Everyone was very very nice and welcoming. I love their passion for this store and enthusiasm. Nice people work here and I'm glad there is a store like this around for those who can truly appreciate what it has to offer.
