I always go to this nail place and I go to Lily she is very good and awesome but this last time my nails are Lumpy glue was all over my skin didn't come off for 2 days she didn't do or ask how I wanted the glitter I wanted them longer they drilled them down I wanted the dip diamonds she said that they fall off easy that should be my decision I really get upset cuz we pay a lot of money to get our nails done I shouldn't have to leave the salon to have to file and cut out all the extra acrylic hanging out everywhere it's so annoying that's why I am learning to do my own Nails because people just do not care at all anymore hopefully it gets better and they take more quality in their work rather than rushing when there's nobody in the salon waiting we should get what we want not what they feel like doing that day read more

I would request you go to Lily she takes her time not in a hurry I hate going to them when they are in a hurry especially if they're not busy I shouldn't have to file my nails and have bubbles in them after Lily takes her time she did the shape I wanted my nails aren't all lumpy I asked for a squiggly line of diamonds this last time I went for a refill cuz I didn't know she was off on Monday and I got opposite but overall really good pricing and as long as you get the right person they do good nails and have a lot of different colors and the register lady could be happier too read more

I've had my Pedi done at Regal Nails twice, since I was new to Albuquerque, I had no idea where to go. I was inside the Walmart and surprised to see a salon for nails, I asked a few questions, spoke to the lady up front and decided to give it a try! I was very satisfied with my Pedi, several other women were there also having nails done. Everyone seemed happy with their nails and you can't beat the price! Also with dip you don't need the light cure which dries out your hands. Keep trying you'll get and save a lot of $$$$ every year! I get my nails done constantly and this has to be one of the worst sets I've had. I asked for a coffin shape and they looked more square then anything. They were way too thick and out of shape one of the nails with super crooked and it looked like I had clubbed up acrylic on my nails. read more

Horrible customer service. I will never go back to this nail salon inside the Walmart. The nail tech that was doing my nails was very rude and felt like I was being rushed thought out the service. He didn't cut or file my nails. I had to stop the service because he was being extremely ruff. I asked to speak to the manager and he didn't seem to even care. Not even a sorry was given. read more

I gave thIs place a try multiple times my boyfriends mom and sister swore by it! After 3 times going I decided to find a better place. They have good prices but you pay for quality. I seen 2 different nails techs they both were horrible. They left my nails bumpy at the back and left acrylic near my cuticle! They rush through and do not take care of the nails. I went to get my nails removed and asked three times if they could soak them because I don't like to just pop them off and the lady refused and continued to pop my nail off with another nail she did not even file them on top to make them thin.
