I appreciated that the tools used came out of one of those blue sanitary packs (post service I was offered the files that were used for my feet and toes to take home), and the products used were quality too. The scrub smelt delicious (fall/pumpkin season inspired) and felt perfect (not too rough, not too delicate). The polishes offered are Ella & Mila (I don't recall what the gel offerings were). I got the most expensive pedicure available at the time (#TreatYoSelf) as I was in town for a wedding and wanted to do something a little luxurious. After tax it was $75. Yes Natural Nail Boutique is BY APPOINTMENT ONLY but if there's no appointments available you can always try checking the following day (that's what I did; I checked on a Wednesday with no luck and then when I looked again on Thursday there suddenly was a Friday appointment available). Lynn is always professional, punctual, and truly cares about her work, If she doesn't like the work she does she will redo it even when I say no need. She looked super annoyed but told me to go get in a chair. The guy who did my toes was amazing. He offered me a sheet explaining the different "levels" of pedicures they offered and I chose "P1". It was $39. For that price I was supposed to get a standard pedicure with aroma oils. A custom exfoliating scrub on my feet and legs. A hot rock massage and a hot towel wrap. Great price! He was very thorough and I was pleased with my results. Very relaxing. I wish I had been asked what components I wanted in my exfoliating scrub. I think that would have been a fun touch. They have numerous options on the wall, but it was a nice scrub that he mixed that smelled amazing so it was ok overall that he picked. Here's where it gets funky again. When I went to pay it was magically $53. I asked why and got an explanation I didn't quite understand. Not wanting to argue I just paid and tipped. I assume it was due to wanting gel polish. Overall, not a bad experience. I'll likely give them a try again.
