Visited the nail salon today. My nails look a hot mess. I asked for a new set. However, the man said I didn't need them. My nails have orange tip ombre acrylic overlay. The orange shows at the tips. My new polish is green. It looks like a kid did my nails. Ivy said it didn't look that bad. Jimmy want to republish the tips green. I paid $95. Never again. I gave them back my loyalty card. Terrible service. You don't want to go here. they used previously used nail files on my toes. Rosie was incredibly rude and inconsistent with her work. When I kindly asked her to correct something to my liking she either ignored me or got an attitude and still did it wrong. only massaged one foot and left out my hot towels. This was my first visit, was looking for a new nail spot on this side town, was seated quick and started on quickly and the people were welcoming so no complaints there, but overall not happy with my nails I honestly just want to take them off....the shape is not what I requested and it's not even the same shape on every nail. I have about 3 nails that are lifting which is really irking me. I went this past Saturday, I allowed 2 men (bad idea) to work on my mani and pedi, the man on my feet had to be drunk and after asking several times for him to stop because he wasn't doing anything, I finally was able to get him away. I was in desperate need of a pedicure and the place I usually go to closed at 7 on Saturdays. I got to Panola Nails around 7:15pm. They were not busy and were not closing until 8pm. This was the most rushed pedicure I ever experienced. I got the $25 Deluxe Pedicure. The actual pedicure took all of twenty mins. I was going to complain but I just thought I was overreacting. When I got home, I noticed my feet were still had dead skin. And I came to think about it, he didn't even grate my feet and if they didn't want to do my feet because they were closing, should have just said that. Now I have to go spend another $25 to get a real pedicure. read more

The place was clean & wasn't crowded. The prices are affordable. Unfortunately a man who isn't that experienced did my nails. He was nice but almost cut my skin as he was cutting down my real nails. She only did the hot towels for 30 sec the leg massage was half as. 2 people came in for them to fix something from yesterday. I use to really love this place and plugged them every chance I got. Everywhere! Now I believe this will be my last time coming. Seems to me that every time I come now in getting charged a different price by the same person and then when he's not there whoever does my nails tries to charge me more then gets mad about it when I spoke on it. Then the guy that works at table 4 starts talking shit like I wasn't gone pick up on it because I don't speak that language. But I spoke on that too. Now I feel like the one person other than my regular that I trust on my nails is tryna play a stall out game. I've been here since 11 and it's going on 1:30 and he's still fucking around. I am so disappointed in this place. I have been going here for one year and my last straw was today. In the beginning I was happy they were a clean salon, but as time went on I started seeing this place for what is was. Bad customer service and inexperienced nail technicians. My acrylic nails would pop off after 2 weeks and when I realized that's not a normal thing and it's due to the acrylic being too thin I realized how much money I wasted throughout the year to get them fixed. They also added a new woman to do eyebrows. DO NOT go to her. She burned off my skin and several times before we got started on my brows I requested them to remain thick and she said ok and still made them thin as ice. Today when I went back for the final time to try to see if I should ever come back again, the male technician copped an attitude and rude tone when I was trying to get clarification on the services I wanted.
