My pedicure is fine, however this was the WORST manicure I have ever had! Started chipping in two days! Didn't last a week. Very disappointed in this manicure. I had always gone there before, but it got bad so I switched salons. Thought I would give them another chance as they're under new management. Sadly no, I will not be back. read more

Have tried multiple times to make an appointment. I've tried booking through FB & didn't receive an answer until 2 days later. By that time I had made other arrangements. Two other times I called & left voicemails during business hours & heard nothing back. I understand they could be busy but I think you can take a minute to answer your phone. I loved my nails and the workers were beyond nice and professional. But I did get an infection on two of my fingers by my cuticles. They became inflamed and had white/ yellow puss coming out of them it was also very painful to the touch. Will be deciding if I do come back. read more

If I could post no stars I would, I just moved back to the area and I decided to try this place out with my Sister and they did a horrible job on both our nails, mine were all uneven and the paint came off the next day, my sisters were very sloppy and paint all over her fingers, mine were also very sharp and ruff, I went back to see if they would do anything and started to yell and people started to even leave the store, this place is very unprofessional and I would never recommend it. Magic Nails is under new management is so wonderful! I've had dip manicures by Megan (the new owner) and Evon and loved my results both times! They are both meticulous in their work, professional, and so nice. The salon has so many colors available for dip, no chip, and traditional polish. They have taken several Covid-19 precautions in place (e.g. hand sanitizing upon entry, masks, supply sanitation, and barriers) and I felt very safe being in the salon. I went here randomly on a lunch break and I have been back every 2 1/2 weeks since. The owner is the nicest person and educated me a bit on my nails and why I've had issues growing them, and they are long and healthy now. She uses quality stuff and it's worth every penny. I LOVE coming here to get my nails done. The service is amazing...they give the best hand and foot massages! You never have to wait long, and they just recently added more tables and pedicure stations. The best part are the prices b/c they are very reasonable- $35 for a manicure & pedicure. I have been going to Magic Nails for about 2 years now. The location is really close to my house which is convenient and they always have appointment time openings which is nice when you are in a hurry or last minute. I only go to two of the nails techs there. Vincent or Van. Both are wonderful. Vincent usually takes care of me. He is very precise and my no chip that he does for me lasts about 3.5 weeks. Prices are reasonable. I am not as much of a fan of the pedicures there. They have a large variety of colors for no chip manicures too which is great! read more

I have been going there for about a year and they have gone down hill. I will NEVER go back. They are VERY rude and my nails were so nasty the last time I got them done there. They aren't very clean with their work and I had to peel the Acrylic off my skin. I'm was so mad when I left. I went here Monday for a fill in acrylic, wanting an ombré look. Got my nails done by Lauren. She was very short and seemed very unenthused to do my nails. They were extremely thick and the pink was see through and you saw the line where the white was. When i called the same day to complain, she was very short on the phone and rude. I went back in on Wednesday to get them taken off because i wasn't happy, it took FOREVER! I asked for at least half of my money back because i was charged WAY too much ($55) and she told me no because i didn't complain about them. I would just advice no one to go here! read more

I have been here a few times and it was never very clean. But the last time the Mgr was doing my nails and she had a cold. I asked her to please wash her hands as she used her hand to wipe her nose. She ran them under water but no soap or scrubbing. Kind of made me sick to watch it. Haven't been back. read more

I had been going here for a couple years until I made an appointment so my daughter and I could get a pedicure together. Not only did they not take us on time, but they took my daughter first and I sat for at least 20 minutes before they started mine. I have never been here before and I will NEVER go back! I got a pedicure on Saturday and I now have a rash all over my legs. Needless to say, I am furious. I went to the dermatologist yesterday, who confirmed that the rash is from the pedicure because their water was dirty. I am beyond disgusted. After my copay and prescriptions (yes, multiple) this has turned into a $100+ pedicure. And I still may need an oral antibiotic. DO NOT GO HERE!!! read more

Got a no chip manicure at this salon and they did a great job. Nice and thin! Its been 9 days and there is no sign of peeling yet. I have no doubt that they will last at least 2 weeks on my fast growing nails. My mom has had a no-chip here and it has lasted at least 3 weeks on her. VERY impressed with my manicure. I went in for a polish change and their price board said 8.00 for a polish change. I sat down with a young man and received the service and when I was done he told me 10.00. I said to him the board said 8.00. He said no 10 dollars. He added his own tip. I got home and called the owner and asked how much for a polish change and she said 8.00. I told her that her employee told me ten. he added a tip automatically. I told her to fire him for stealing. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SALON EVER. read more
