I just had the most amazing experience at Magic Smile with Antonia! She explained the teeth whitening process from beginning to end and also advised me on how to handle teeth sensitivity. One session is 15 minutes (I did 3 sessions). She came in throughout the sessions to make sure I was okay and to check if I needed any breaks. Located right by Koreatown, Magic Smile midtown is very easy to find. I've been to Lavaan before, but the price is better at Magic Smile for the same results - did the VIP 3 sessions, each 15 min. Antonia did a great job of making me feel comfortable, and letting me know what additional steps I could to get rid of deeper stains. Not everything comes out in one go, don't expect it to, but shade has definitely improved. Nice little TV to watch when whitening, or you could just dose off instead. read more

I booked an appointment for the Full service (2 treatments in 1 visit, aprox 45 min.). Their technician Antonia explained all the steps and made sure i know everything before the process. First of all, I purchased this service through Amazon Local and I have to say that even though a company chooses deliberately to use this way to promote its services, etc. it is not always a good experience because of "poor" services, unpleasant people who act as though you were an "inferior" customer. Not here! Booking an appointment is easy and convenient, I truly appreciate to be able to book an appointment online as well as modify it easily if needed (like I did) and I received an email confirmation each time. The office is conveniently located (close to the subway station). It is small but bright and really clean. Antonia, the Technician who took care of me was not only professional (explained everything) but very pleasant. I have sensitive teeth and so I chose the "Express/Touch-up Teeth Whitening" - that by the way is offered nowhere else (less invasive and less expensive too) - it was just perfect for me! I didn't end up with a "snow white" smile (not that I expected to) but my teeth were noticeably whiter than before and, most importantly, it didn't hurt... at all! I will definitely be back for more treatments and I highly recommend this office to anyone who want a positive and pleasant experience! . read more

Scheduling was easy on the website and I was able to get a time slot without difficulty. The procedure is not uncomfortable but different than getting a cavity filled. You're not supposed to open your jaw too much (like for a dentist to get access to your teeth) or the gel moves around. I wish that was explained better. The results were good, definitely whiter than before. I don't drink coffee or soda, but noticed an improvement. But genetics and how well you treat your teeth will be the factors. I have NEVER EVER had my teeth whitened before in my life. I've always heard negative things like it hurts, or it's really bad for your teeth, etc etc. But after decades it seems like, of drinking coffee, I noticed the pearly whites weren't so pearly white anymore. They weren't yellow, but just not bright white like they had been when I was younger. I decided to give Magic Smile a shot. First off, I liked that they were fast with the service, like all New Yorkers, I don't have hours to waste, so the fact that they advertise each session as only 20mins, that was a huge plus for me! Also, I really liked their prices! They have specials right now for the Holidays and it's substantially less expensive than other teeth whitening places. Just those 2 factors there, I was sold and decided to give it a try. I booked my appointment and decided I was going to do the 2 sessions in one sitting (45min). The procedure was fast and painless, and I left there with a smile 2-3 shades brighter. Since I've never whitened my teeth before the technician informed me that I should do a few more sessions sooner than later to see more of a difference and once I get it to the whitest it can, it'll just be maintenance from there, usually once a year or so. I purchased 2 more sessions right then and there (since it is cheaper to do it the day of even if you choose not to use it the same day) I'll be back for my next session in a week or so..can't wait to have even brighter and whiter smile!! read more
