I came here because of sitting at the jeep dealership for hours last time waiting on an oil change. I came by this morning and everyone was very nice and got me in quickly. Their prices were also MUCH better then the dealerships. The same air filter that the dealership charged me $80 for, they charged me $22. I've been bringing my car/previous cars here off and on for years now. I thought I had already done a review! I sometimes go to the one on the eastside off of Montwood. I've had good experiences at both so far. I like it because I can get an oil change and a car inspection at the same time. This is what I did on my last visit. It was more expensive because I had them change out the car's air filters this time. I also liked that they wiped down the front and back windshields! They even vacuumed my car! What more could I ask for?? They are pretty friendly for the most part, too. If you're going to come on a Saturday, I would recommend doing it as early as possible. I got there at 7:30 am and was already the third or fourth car in line. It took about one hour to change the oil, clean my car and inspect it. This is a local business so I recommend supporting it. They were following all safety precautions. All of the employees were wearing masks. Hand sanitizer was also available. read more

I dont know about the other locations but I'm never going to another one unless the last resort. I just had my truck checked out from a real automotive shop and they told me my oil filter wasn't screwed on tight and oil was collecting in my skid plate. So the oil was topped off and oil filter was tightened. No excuses...buyer beware!! Good thing I had my truck looked over. My family was planning on driving to Austin TX. Also Lube and Go claims you need to change oil every 3k miles despite using synthetic oil! Please heed the advice and good luck! read more

Was on a road trip from TX to CA when the oil light came on. We found Oil Changers after trying no less than 3 other places who could not accommodate us. We rolled in about 20 minutes before they closed, but you wouldn't have known it. The guys were friendly and fast with the service. They cheerfully explained everything from behind their face masks (much appreciated) They even helped guide us out of the service bay with our attached Uhaul trailer. On 29 Aug 2022 I went to your shop on 9746 Dyer El Paso Tx for an oil change because the line at Walmart was too long. The Tech I talked to told me the cost for a Synthetic Oil would be about $85. I said it was outrageous but needed the oil changed and would not have another opportunity to do so for another 2 weeks. After the work started the same tech approached me again and said my coolant was low and could be topped of for $3.99. I'm the middle of medical procedures and do not have time to do routine maintenance myself so I said do it. The tech then returns holding a used filter about 4 inches by 6 inches by ¾ if an inch and a new filter of the same dimensions in a bag. He tells me my AC filter needs to be replace and the cost would be $1.99 (one ninety nine). I said ok do it. The next tech comes to get me telling me oil change is done and the final total would be $133.80. He actually said it with a straight face. I said let do some math here... how much is 85 plus 3.99 plus 1.99? The tech says its 133.80 and to come look at the computer screen. I walk over and look at the screen and see the discrepancy. I was charged $39.99 for the $1.99 filter. I have never paid nor would I pay $39.99 for a filter? I am at a complete loss for why this filter is $39.99. Is it magical? Attached is the invoice that I paid for. Your people lied and over charged the f#ck out of me. I do not want a discount. I do not want my money back. I do not even want an apology from you lying thieving sacks of used food. I will never visit your establishments ever again. I will be posting this email and the invoice outside my cube at work and I will be filing complaints with the FTC and Better Business Bureau for deceptive business practices. Came here for an inspection and was pleased. No waiting, which is a surprise with places like this. Staff was friendly and met me at my car to start working on it. When I got my car back they threw in an air freshener, which a nice unexpected perk. The waiting room was clean and organized, which is also a surprise because these places can be chaotic. There are a collection of magazines and the classic tv with judge Judy on while you wait. Overall a good place to get that inspection done but nothing out of the ordinary to really rave about. read more

However, my poor experience recently will ensure that it will be the LAST time I ever come to this shop. I asked to have the normal procedure done to my vehicle that has been done for ages. Where to begin: If I could give them 0 stars I would. Oil Changers recently bought out a local Oil Change company that I had been going to for YEARS. My FIRST and LAST time ever going to this place. First of all, the guys working on my car (including the manager just feet away) were all smoking WHILE my hood was up. I'm pretty sure thats not something you do while you're doing an oil change. On top of that, I was recently reached out to by the territory manager of the locations near me, named Kevin (picture of the email conversation will be attached) who assured me a refund of my visit and a complimentary oil change will be given to me. Not sure how long it takes to do a refund, but I was assuming 5-7 days, not almost a month...This company is buying out local Oil Change businesses and inserting their lack of professionalism and honesty into each location. Came for an oil change. They have a kuerig coffee maker in the waiting area. By the time my coffee was finished, the car was ready to go. No one tried to upsell me on useless products, though the guy who met me was courteous (and had a great voice for whatever that's worth). For those of you who wonder if they're actually doing all those checks listed on the receipt, like the fluid levels, etc: my windshield wiper fluid container has been damaged for years and I never bothered to get it fixed (the part itself is expensive, so I don't think it's worth it.) Other places mark on the receipt that the fluid levels are fine, meaning they actually didn't check it. This place actually mentioned on the receipt that the receptacle was cracked, which I appreciate. It means they actually checked the fluid levels and are trying to keep your car in good working order. Basically, everyone was courteous and friendly, the oil change was done super quickly, they actually did the services listed on the receipt, and no one tried any shifty up-selling. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews... Maybe the trick is to go on a Monday afternoon. read more

DISHONEST and SLOW I just got an app that lets me keep better track of car maintenance/repairs, since this is something I've struggled with. Anyway, I had kept all my old paperwork and so I was finally putting it all in one place. I noticed that I had gotten my power steering flushed by them (at their urgent recommendation) when I had actually gotten it done less than 15,000 miles previously. Experts on Angie's List disagree on their recommendations (75k-100k vs 30k-60k), but either way still WAY later than when they offered it to me. That's $73 I just "flushed" (no pun intended) down the drain. I don't appreciate being taken advantage of. Also, they take forever. I have gone for multiple oil changes because it is on my way home, and it always takes way longer than promised. Stay away from these guys. read more
