I have gone here several times. People prefer Nadia, but I prefer Annie. I just wish they would brush the hair off your face while and prior to showing you the mirror for approval cause the first thing you usually see is all the hairs they've just threaded all over your face. ;( It would probably help them see where they are threading as well. I really wish I didn't have to give this negative review, but I have to be honest. First off, the woman who did my threading was very nice and easy to talk to, and did what I asked about simply cleaning up my brows and not altering their shape. With that said, she left cuts underneath both of my brows and on my lip. I could feel when the cuts were happening too, she was a little too aggressive with the threading. She acted like the cuts weren't there when I pointed one out. I've had upper lip done by different people in the past, and no matter who does it, it's always pretty painful. However, with her I actually had to ask to take a break. I also broke out all around the corners of my lip which is weird because that has never happened before. Picture's not great but I posted one that shows one of my brows where you can see the cuts which are starting to scab, which is NOT cute. read more

I came to see Nadia after reading all the positive reviews on Yelp. I shared that I was a bit nervous after having a bad experience at another salon. She was patient and took the time to listen to me. When I explained how I wanted my brows colored she replied, "so you don't want your eyebrows to walk in the room before you do." Lol she knew exactly what I meant. The shape and color of my brows came out perfectly! Her prices are very reasonable, I'd easily pay twice as much for her level of skill. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded for over 10 years and have gone to at least 10 different salons over the years. I visited Magical Brows yesterday for the first time and I have to say, they are the best. The salon is very clean, the staff was polite and friendly and OMG, my brows look amazing. Every other place I've been to just rushes me out the door in 5 minutes. But not Magical Brows. She took her time and made sure my brows were perfect. This is my go-to spot now for sure! They also have castor oil for sale at the register. I picked one up because I've heard it helps with hair growth for those of us who went tweezer crazy back in the day! Honestly I know I did a walk in a few days ago but the lady with black hair seemed pretty rude from the start. Although being one of the last clients, she got done with me in about 5 minutes tops. Came in here for a Brazilian, and was able to make an appointment the day before! The customer service here is great. I was taken care of thoroughly, and their prices are reasonable. I was looking at their other services, and they have all kinds. Waxing, threading, facials, hair. This studio has it all. I am very hairy, haha! I am Italian, and have thick hair. My Brazilian took about 25 minutes... Some advice for women who have hair like me, come in every 4 weeks. It'll save you some time, pain, and also the person doing the waxing will have to do less work. They use hard wax, but still use the strip... I like this wax, but sometimes I do feel a little sensitive afterwards, but I also think its because I waited 5-6 weeks... which is too long for me. The process wasn't that painful... I've been to one salon where I had to tell her to stop, because I just couldn't do it anymore -- mind you, it was my first time doing sugaring, and I didn't like it. I think I will come back here for Eyebrow threading, and maybe some other services. read more

I've been a customer of Nadia for 12 years. Nadia was at perfect brows when I first started going to her and I followed her when she started a new business and kept up with her as she started a family. We developed a great business rapport (I went so far as to buy her babies outfits) and I referred 5 different family members and friends over the years. However, recently, I've noticed the organization and time management of her business has dwindled. For a 10 minute eyebrow threading session with her, I have to wait upwards of one hour. Nadia is only working a couple of times a week and her employees seem only to be present for keeping her company and chatting her up (which seems to extend the wait time). I have been patient; when she would bring her kids to work, I would wait without complaint as she tended to them, when she would vent to me about her new responsibilities of being a business owner, I listened, when her quality in eyebrow shaping lowered as she was rushed, I hoped she would stabilize, and when she served someone behind me in line after I waited an hour (two separate times), I wrote it off as careless mistake I could maybe overlook. I suggested that she start offering appointments due to the long wait time and she declined. However, today, I am saddened to say, she will no longer receive my business. Nadia, yet again, mixed up the waiting list. She chose another customer (who came after me) to sit down while I was already sitting in her threading chair and she made me return back to the waiting seat. I felt deeply disrespected and felt my years of customer service were unappreciated. Nadia, I really hope you learn how to manage your business while also balancing the responsibilities of your growing family, I understand it can be difficult. Still, this is no excuse for the lack of organization and customer service that has gone on (for a little too long at this point). Please hire employees good enough to lower the wait time and organize yourself with appointments. I wish you all the best as I return to "perfect brows". read more

My Wife's review I have been coming here for about three months now and my eyebrows look the best they have in a couple of years. My old brow lady ruined my eyebrows by making them too thin. I discovered Nadia through yelp and she performed her magic on my brows and transformed them through leaving hairs that were a part of my shape to grow and did not remove them unlike my previous brow ladies. I now have my desired eyebrow shape thanks to Nadia. The place was also very clean and professional and they even gave me a stamp card with which, I'll be getting my 10th brow session for free. To be honest threading was never my thing. Being a bit more masculine I rarely wanted to touch them much. And then my eyes were opened and amazed by Nadia's gracious talent. Never will I think about going anywhere else after a great conversation and a cool down with rose water. The store is always clean with great customer service as you enter. I've been going to Nadia for at least two years. She does a great job! I do not have a lot of eyebrow hair, but she always makes it look as full as possible. It is also nice that she has her own place now because I do not have to wait as long as I had to, when she was at the other place. I want to add that her and her husband are amazing...
