Great place! They take walk ins, plenty of parking and you can pay with card with no additional cost. They even have a punch card where if you get to a certain number you get your brows threaded for free! I've been going to them for over a year now. They all are great! read more

Loved it! I found this place on yelp and I'm glad I tried it out. I was a little skeptical at first because a previous lady I'd gone to at a different place, had completely left my eyebrows looking horrible. She does the best waxing and threading of anybody I've ever been to and I'm 51 years old and I've been getting those services done for over 12 years. She also does even nose hair. She's very kind and caring and compassionate and it's a very friendly environment to go to. I've been going to Nadia since 2014 for my eyebrows and she's never disappointed me, I just tried out the facial services with Annie and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. For a 30 min facial my face is extremely clear, she focused on my blackheads and whiteheads and got rid of basically everything. Left my face feeling super soft and clear. I just love Nadia's work. She's meticulous, and her brow shaping skills are the best. Her place is clean, and she's always a pleasure to talk to while you're getting whatever done! Today I got my brows done and a full face waxing. She uses hard wax which I prefer, no pain, fast, easy and then goes over whatever was missed with thread. Like I said, meticulous! I was so exciting to get my eyebrows done here! I read the reviews and they were mostly all stating great things about the work and service. I hadn't done my eyebrows in just about 5 months, I hadn't plucked them, or tried to shape them on my own, I just let them grow out. Obviously because of COVID. But anyways, I was super excited to get them cleaned up and shaped! I called on Tuesday to make an appointment for 5:30pm on Wednesday (the next day). I showed up about 5 minutes before my appointment and there was one person being taken care of, and three others waiting. I am not sure if the others had appointments or not, but my appointment was at 5:30 and all three others were seen before I was. I was seen at about 6pm. Which is okay, I understand that sometimes things get busy and you may get behind. That's fine. They were very nice and apologized and said they would be right with me. I was a little annoyed but you know what, I was just excited to get my brows done so I didn't want to make the experience bad for myself by complaining. I finally took my seat! I specifically requested for my eyebrows to be kept as long and thick as possible.... my heart broke a little when I saw how skinny they were after they were threaded.. oh my god.. I am still crying about it. Yes I know, dramatic. But I'm sure many can agree how heartbreaking it can be to grow out your eyebrows for so long (mine don't grow so quick) and then you feel like you're left with no brows. There were two appoinemts that came in right when I took my seat... a part of me felt like she was rushing to service them.. :( the shape is very nice (on my left one) but they were just left far too skinny. I read that they were understanding and listened but I didn't feel that way :( also, customer service was great and it was not painful... And THEN they had me go to a different employee to get my upper lip threaded. Which I was totally okay with!!! But she was going so hard with the thread on my upper lip, and I didn't mind it because I felt like she was going to get every single little hair as possible off my upper lip.... only to look in the mirror to see that it was as if I had not gotten my upper lip threaded... I don't even understand how that happened?!?!??! Three stars because customer service was good and shape was nice. But I wish my eyebrows wouldn't have gotten cleaned up so much, when I asked for them to be kept long and thick:( and because I paid to get my upper lip threaded and sat through the pain of it but basically got nothing removed:/ I wish I would have been satisfied and happy like almost everybody else who has left a review. Best of luck to anybody checking it out, I really hope you are much much more satisfied than I was! read more
