Came in for a walk-in eyebrow waxing. In and out in 15 minutes. Easily the least painful and overall best result of eyebrows I've had! A shame I don't live near here so I can come regularly! Not to mention the price. read more

Found this place on Yelp and she had amazing reviews, so sad it didn't work out for me. I would like to point out that she was SUPER sweet and the place was very clean and they were able to take me as a walk in. Very much appreciated. Here is why I gave 3 stars. Once I sat in the chair she never asked me what I wanted. While I know she knows exactly what she's doing, what I ended up with was not the shape I wanted. I was looking for a clean up and by the end alot of the fullness in my brows were gone and they became smaller and shorter. I think this also may have to do with the fact that she may have thought I had been there before. We were chatting while she was threading and it wasn't till about the end of the service that I realized she thought I had been there before, so I did let her know it was my first time. Secondly, the threading was very painful and I have sensitive skin. My skin was on FIRE for days and it may have just been too rough of a threading on my face. I wanted to go back and give it another shot but just couldn't muster up the courage to possibly have my skin burn again, it was very painful. I've had previous threading experiences but nothing like this. It makes me so sad to write this cause she was a very sweet woman and the place was awesome. The women here are very nice and friendly. They do a beautiful job! I go for my eyebrows. I get them waxed and then they complete with threading to make my brows look clean, sharp, and beautifully shaped while still natural looking. Also super reasonably priced! Came here a while back since it had such great reviews, but my experience was far from good. Understandably there was a long wait which I was completely okay with, but when it finally came to my turn the owner (can't remember her name) rushed through threading my eyebrows. I get that it was busy, but there was no attention to detail and I left with both of my eyebrows being messed up. One was way too thin and the other was made to look shorter. The woman than said "you have to let them grow out because I made them thin." I didn't realize how bad they were until I got home and got a better look at them in the mirror. Maybe I was just one of those unlucky customers, but I still feel that no matter how busy it is you shouldn't rush through your customers and do a halfass job. It's been months and to this day my eyebrows still have areas in which the hair isn't growing back. Luckily there's castor oil to help but yeah definitely the first and last time I go there. I don't know how this place has so many stars. Don't be fooled I had grown my brows out for half a year and Nadia shifted my eyebrows about 3 lines up when all I asked for was a clean up! A clean up doesn't mean completely butchering my brows. She made them so thin when I already have a hard time growing them out. It was horrid.
