She was talking but I couldn't hear her over the loud music. Which is fine, the music was good. But I yelled that I couldn't hear her over the music. Then she stayed where she is and pointed at her face and eye brows while talking. I say loudly again, I can't hear you, music too loud. But I motion to my face and say loudly, face threading please. This happens AGAIN, she makes gestures to her face and talks... at this point she knows I'm here for a threading and full face as I indicated through gesture and speaking loudly to her, because of the level of the music. In my opinion if a customer is coming in and needs to communicate ... go up to them and talk professionally to them. I get my face threaded all the time and I will try this business again at another time. But for now it's a 1 star review.

My brows look natural, clean, and balanced again. What I appreciated most was that she didn't just "do" my brows she restored them. I asked for Gel X, Stiletto nails in a natural color with a white line in the middle. Do you know the nails started coming off two days later!?!?!
