I gotta say this place is terrible. Brought my bike in to get serviced with a new throttle cable twice now, they had it in the shop for 2 months and then I go to bring it home the bike brakes down. Absolutely Disappointing. Horrible experience. DON'T TAKE YOUR BIKES HERE! No customer service. They broke more than they fixed. Then they lied about breaking the gas tank and completing the service on my Raptor. Missing the screws and THE KEYS! I couldn't be More disappointed in this local small business. They have no accountability in the shop, when you finally get someone on the phone they get very defensive and argue with you. About Their Mistakes instead of owning up to them. I'm regretting taking my bikes here, after hundreds of dollars of "work" I now need to take them to a real shop to repair the mistakes, and looks like to put in new ignition switches. By far THE MOST HOSPITABLE shop out there. I was on an 8,200 mile road-trip on my way to a shop in Tacoma and my chain was so bad I limped my way up north until I saw their shop. I pulled in, explained to Brad my predicament with no appointment, no heads up I was coming, and he understood the severity of the situation and decided then and there to try to get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Not only that, but my chain was so bad he couldn't just take a link or two out but he didn't have that chain (120) in stock so he called around and drove to another shop to pick it up for me knowing that time while on the road was critical. His tech, Adam, helped out and made sure that the chain was tight and I was ready to go. Went to this shop to have a dirt bike tire changed out. Took the mounted tire (without the bike) and a new tire in and was told it would take three or four days and would cost $25.00 if we bought the innertube from them. Ten days (two riding weekends) and two visits later I got the mounted tire back and was charged $78.86. Horrible experience. We will never go back, and we'll let all of our riding friends, many in this town, know not to bother with using this shop. DON'T TAKE YOUR BIKE HERE! read more

Dropped in unannounced at Magic's Custom Cycle shop on a Tuesday: After installing handlebar risers and a new handlebar on my 2022 Triumph motorcycle, I needed a custom front brake line fabricated, the OEM brake line was too short to function. Brad the shop owner, was exceptionally courteous and willing to help. Bottom Line, he informed me he would be able to fabricate a longer brake line that would look exactly like the OEM line. Within two days I received a telephone call that the fabricated line was completed and ready for pick up. The line was exactly as he said it would be, and functioned wonderfully on my bike. Brad pretty much only charged me for the parts involved in the fabrication. I was hugely surprised. Brad is an exceptionally conscientious person and I feel fortunate to have discovered Magic's Custom Cycle shop. ~Gary S. read more

Totally a disappointment. Really liked the owner until this happened. I took 2 rims into be balanced paid $138 cash good deal real happy. A month later bad vibration in the front rim took it back in rim only and they said the wheel bearings were bad . Had them replaced another $148 Cash only to ride it again and still very bad vibration. Decided to take the rim to another shop only to find out they put the wrong amount of beeds in the rim. Had the beeds pulled and had regular weights put on road perfectly. Contacted Magics told them thinking they would refund the $148 cash for perfectly good wheel bearings they replaced for no reason and they would not. Bummer because I really liked them read more

Great staff these negative comments that I have seen and then with my experience are totally off this place will take care of you and care for your bike. People don't realize supplies and parts are on back order some even 200+ days and that is not Magic's fault they do professional work and have proven that highly recommend this place... read more

Thought I would support a local business, knowing times are hard. Called and inquired about a tire change for my motorcycle. Received quote for labor and was comparable but higher then most. Brought my bike in and dropped it off. Was asked to leave a deposit of $400 so the tires could be ordered. Heard nothing from him for over 2 weeks. Called and was told that the tires originally requested were not available. Ok'd comparable tires. Then another 3 weeks passed and I had to call again to find out status. Was told by person who answered the phone they couldn't tell me when my bike would be ready. WTF!!! Called back and was told it was ready and went in to pick it up, turned out they wanted another $700+ for the work. Paid my bill and asked for itemized receipt, counter worker just like on the phone said, "I can't get that for you only Magic knows the computer. So I left my number again and my email. Nothing for over a week. Called and talked to "Magic" and he said he'd email it. Another week plus past and I finally drove in there and was able to get the itemized receipt. This crook up marked my tires close to a $100 a piece and then charged me for tubes that are included when you buy the tire. What a scam of a business taking advantage of a Disabled Veteran like that and when I questioned it, was told "that's the price." Magic's Custom Cycles are thief's. I left my engine here for a rebuild for two months. The owner told me he could get it done within that time and never even touched it. I ended up just coming to pick it up without any work being done, without so much as a "sorry for the inconvenience". Maybe he's a good mechanic but I wouldn't know. read more
