These guys are absolute crooks. They sold me a relayed harness for a 2023 KTM 300XC that does not work. Their installation instructions clearly state that if you plug in their ODB2 connector and hear the ECU making noise to unplug it immediately, the pin in the connector is bent in going in the wrong hole. Low and behold I plugged it in and the ECU started screaming. I unplugged the cable and the pin was straight. Plugged it in again, same thing, ended up frying my regulator/rectifier. I called cyclops and they insisted the pin was bent and going in the wrong hole. I sent them picture showing them the pin was straight, and they still refused to believe it wasn't my fault. I took the bike to someone else who did the same thing with the same results. They also called cyclops and were told they were bending the pin and installing it wrong. We have removed their pin from the cylcops harness and plugged it directly into the corresponding hole on the bike side and the ecu still screams. The pin is going in the right hole and still does not work properly. Every time they told me I was doing it wrong for two weeks, I would try again, and again the ecu would scream. Something is wrong with their harness and their ignorance and arrogance have damaged my bike. It now throws error cods and drains the battery. I even offered to send these crooks a video showing the pin going in to the wrong hole but they didn't want to see it. They know they screwed up, they just have zero integrity. Cyclop's response after I just requested a working harness? They said see you in court. They suck. read more

Absolutely the worst shipping arrangements from an online order, ever. Extremely high shipping costs of $67 USD for priority or $100+ for first class international shipments. This tiny little package (several hundred grams) takes at least three weeks to ship overseas when you choose the $67 option. The unintelligent staff insist that it's due to Covid, but I've ordered with these jokers three times internationally and it's always some story. Other US vendors, (ALL OF THEM) ship in less than two weeks and charge around about $30 USD. These guys just don't know what they are doing. These guys are awesome, had them install three new L.E.D. lamps in my 2018 r1200rt and the lights work just perfect. My stock lights on my new bike where just terrible. Iam from Carlsbad, Ca. and made a special trip to come see them. I got to their shop at 9:00 and told them my app. was not until 3:30 and they said no problem and started on my bike right away. I recently purchased an LED headlight kit from Cyclops Adventure Sports. During the installation process, I broke a small adapter piece that prevented me from completing the installation process. I wasn't exactly sure where I went wrong in the installation process other than having large fingers and a subsequent lack of dexterity. I called CAS and actually spoke with a real person without punching a myriad of numbers to connect with a real human being without an accent that I could actually understand. The tech service person was very helpful, informative, friendly, and told me where I went wrong in my installation process. I was told that error happens on occasion, and I felt less stupid after the reassurance I was not the first person to fall into the installation mishap. The tech person walked me through the correct installation process and offered to sent me the part I had broken absolutely free.. other than paying a small fee for shipping. DEAL..I said. This event took place late on a Friday afternoon and Monday I received the replacement parts to correctly finish my LED installation. The installation went much smoother this time even though my fingers remained the same size and what a huge difference the LED's make for driving at night!! Great equipment, easy install and excellent customer support. Put a set on my KTM 1190 Adventure bike. All my buddies really liked them so much they ended splurging & getting a set also after seeing how they work at night. I had an issue & long story short they really took great care of me. Sent me all the parts they thought I might need (no hassles) & I fixed it and sent unused parts back with their call tag. They even called me up afterward to make sure everything was fixed to my satisfaction. I've paid more for lights and paid less, but I'm for sure using these guys in the future for all my lighting needs. I highly recommend this place for all of your lighting needs P! I got lights from these guys and put them on my 2016 Honda ruckus and just fell in love with them. That made me have to go get some for my 2010 Honda Civic Which had an aftermarket HID Kit. I pulled those out and put in the Cyclops bulbs and got rid of all the ugly mess. Bought the H4 led headlight for my motorcycle. I average 10K Mi. a year on city driving only, with a good amount of freeway use. I wanted to upgrade the headlights on my Triumph 800 XCX and had seen this business mentioned favorably in a few motorcycle magazines. Well I decided to give them a try at my hard earned money and was glad I did. I placed my order for 2 LED headlight bulbs and one tail light bulb on a Friday afternoon and on the following Monday I got home and the parts were there in my mail box, I am in So. California and they are in Washington. Ether way I was impressed, I've ordered things from companies within my local area and it has taken longer. The headlights are everything I have read about and were an easy install, with plug and play. The tail light did not fit (my mistake) so I called the next day and spoke with a very pleasant lady there who answered all my questions and explained the return process. I returned the part and within the same week the money was placed back into my pay pal account. I know that this is the way businesses run, however in this day and age some places give an attitude or a hard way to go in order to get your money back (especially internet orders). The lights are a little spendy, but worth it, very bright and make the stock ones seem like a small flashlight. I'll be upgrading the lights on my Jeep and the truck very soon.
