    County Eggs Benedict
    Barry B.

So we were in the area and figured we would try this. We both had the special which was country eggs Benedict. It had a great flavor and was hot when it came out. I thought for a minute and could not remember a time that my food came out so hot that I had to wait a couple minutes to eat it! That's how food should come out. Also while there one of the waitresses helped an elder man walk out of the restaurant. Good people great food! I hope they never change!

Cream chipped beef.. Delicious! $6.99 w/ home fries

Cheap, Hot, food served with your choice of fries or chips. Cheap breakfast. The service staff could be a little bit more friendly.

We had a problem with an order in the past that, after a lot of conversation, was finally handled by the manager, Jordan- he did the right thing at the time. Today we had another issue in which one of our sandwiches was made completely wrong. This time we were put on the phone with the owner, Claude (no last name given). After explaining our situation and the issue, we were told that the only way they can help us is if we bring the sandwich back. We again explained that the reason we order delivery is out of necessity and paid the extra $7 delivery charge and tip. He understood that we were unable to physically go to the store. Still, we were given one solution. Come to our store and bring it back and we can help you. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY FROM THIS STORE. The owner was rude and when we mentioned that his manager had resent door dash last time this happened, he said that was a special circumstance. It was the exact same situation. Primos needs to figure out how to run a successful delivery service or leave it to the other delivery services. They are inept at dealing with delivery order mistakes. If you can't physically go to the store, don't order. As a disabled woman, I feel like I am being treated as a sub-par customer. I will never order from this store again. Its a shame when the owner needs to take lessons from their manager. Update: Corporate headquarters was contacted and 2 messages were left because it was impossible to get a human. We were never called back.

After spending five minutes on hold, I spoke to an employee, who appeared to be new, so I was patient with him. After I finally placed my order, I was told my order would be done in 35 minutes. I arrived at the store to learn my order wasn't even started yet. I waited another twenty minutes to find out they still hadn't begun my order. As I was waiting I noticed three customers sitting waiting for their orders. Unfortunately, one of them was a door dash driver. Time is money for these people. Not to mention he probably got a terrible tip or none. Finally, I just told them never mind because I had somewhere to be. Went down the street to WaWa and got three sandwiches in 5 minutes. They were nowhere the quality, but who knows because I never got my order. Poor decision on a Friday night having three employees working and one new one to boot. Get it together.

It was something special--thanks to the incredible Norma Jean. From the moment we walked in, Norma greeted us with a radiant smile and a genuine warmth that instantly made us feel at home. This was our second time having her as our server, and once again, she was on point. Attentive without hovering, upbeat without being over-the-top, and effortlessly engaging in casual conversation that felt like chatting with an old friend. Her energy elevated the entire experience. Honestly, Norma Jean is the kind of person who makes you want to come back--not just for the food, but for the feeling. As for the meal: I had the flounder with grits, and it was perfection. Crispy, flavorful, and comforting in all the right ways. My husband went for the Belgian waffle topped with fresh fruit, and it was a beautiful, delicious start to his day. Between the creative daily specials, the consistently great food, and Norma's exceptional service, this place has become our go-to breakfast and lunch haven. We didn't want for a single thing--Norma made sure of that. If you're looking for a spot that serves up more than just good food--something with soul, warmth, and a touch of magic--this is it. And if you're lucky enough to be served by Norma Jean, you're in for a treat.

Good food great service I haven't dined in however I can feel the family love whenever I stop inread more

Personally I feel the have way too many employees, which sometimes turns into too many cooks in the kitchen. When they nail your order, you have the best in the town. Specifically I don't think I have ever once in the time I've been coming here seen the older female employee smile or be nice to a customer also intimidating. ABOUT THE FOOD I believe that consistency is key for a breakfast sandwich or how things are cooked it's a rare occasion that my sandwiches taste the same and often times it's different from the day before. Sometimes I've had meats on my sandwiches be totally overcooked or undercooked and it can be different every occasion I go I try to expand what I order to keep giving new things a shot but often times it is the same feeling I get with all of the orders I've placed. The place itself is beautiful with couches and nice waiting area but if they want to improve it will have to start with the customer service not all look like there day is ruined because a customer walked in the door but a smile from some will suffice. Being one of the only bagel/breakfast sandwich shops in the Vineland area I hope that they can improve on these things EDIT TO HIS RESPONSE: I have experienced consistency in well known bagel shops such as hot bagels for example. Does not look different and or taste different every time that it is ordered. I know that in the future if I'm looking for a smile it will most likely be found elsewhere. I have also heard other customers in the store while I have been there with my family complaining about the customer service and how it seemed rude (same employee mentioned before) there are also comments on here stating similar experience about feeling out of place in the store due to lack of customer service/ friendliness. This is not being rude this is about finding a place that deserves my business's and finding a place in the Vineland area that actually appreciates there customers.!
