The live music back area and back bar were fantastic. The food was really good and the service was top tier. We really enjoyed the happy hour and that 20% off starters is awesome! I couldn't help myself so I had to get that lobster Cesar wrap and it did not disappoint.

I couldn't find a phone number for Magnolias, so I made a lunch reservation via OpenTable last week and noted my food allergies. The drive from Queens to Bay Shore took about an hour. A woman walking her dog said the area had metered parking only and suggested we download the ParkMobile app. When we walked in for our reservation, the server greeted us right away. Drink Nespresso Food *sharing is caring* Crispy Fried Olives: Even with the black garlic aioli, the olives were still way too salty. Black Pepper Bourbon BBQ Wings: Mmm, finger-licking goodness! Magnolia Clams Oreganata: Just one bite of the baked clams hit all the flavors on my palate. Chili Crisp Brussels Fried Rice: The server told me the kitchen modified the dish without coconut for my allergy. The room temperature was freezing like outside, and our food got cold. The bill showed separate totals for card and cash. We paid cash.

We came here this Friday for lunch, and the ambiance is upscale, though a bit empty. We were literally the only ones dining at the tables, while everyone who arrived later stayed at the bar. The food was delicious however a bit cold due to the room temperature. ORDERED: Nespresso - I was bummed that they don't have any caffeine option other than the "plastic" Nespresso. Crispy Fried Olives - I love the plating. It's very creative. It comes with a side of black garlic aioli. Although the olives are a bit salty, I found the salt to be somewhat masked when eat with the black garlic aioli. Black Pepper Bourbon BBQ Wings - the sauce was delicious but the wings tasted a bit hard.. prob deep fried before being cooked with the black pepper bourbon bbq sauce. Magnolia Clams Oreganata - this is prob one of my favorite. It was delicious and on point. Chili Crisp Brussels Fried Rice - it was filling and tasty. The bill offered both credit card and cash options. We opted for cash since it was cheaper. They have parking outside but they were all paid parking. I used the ParkMobile app but it only allows you 15 minutes for each session. I literally have to reload every 15 minutes.

First visit to this fairly new restaurant. Was blown away by the food and the cocktails. We sat at the bar and were very well taken care of. They started us off with complementary pineapple, express cocktails. I'm not a Tequilla fan but this drink was outstanding. I ordered an old fashioned which was made perfectly. To start I got the lamb chops chop they were also tops, for main I went with the bourbon glazed wings. Outstanding ! My girlfriend went with the flank steak which was cooked perfectly. I think o going a new fave !! This restaurant has a nice city vibe to it. Drinks are made to perfection and the food was tops. I can't wait to return. A+++++++++

Cute spot! Great service! The food was ample and delicious. The drinks were fabulous! The fries stole the show! Chip like, but still soft inside.

This place opened like two weeks ago and it's already popping in there. I'm genuinely so happy for them. First off, the ambiance is a 10/10. The wallpaper alone is such a vibe. I've been twice now. The first time was on a Thursday around 6, and it wasn't crowded yet, but it definitely picked up by the time we left. The second time, which was yesterday, I went at 7 and it was packed. Highly recommend making reservations during peak hours. Now for the -1 star: * The wing sauce was homemade (huge plus), but the wings themselves weren't super crispy. To be fair, I'm a tough critic when it comes to wings. * Both times I went, the same guy was the only waiter for the entire restaurant. He was handling everything ...drinks, food from the kitchen, to-go containers, bussing tables, the works. He was fantastic, but that's just way too much for one person. Please, hire help. Food-wise, everything else was great. I got the fried rice dish the first time - absolutely delicious. The second time I tried the burger, which came with homemade ruffled potato slices. The portions are huge, too. Despite the minor stuff, I'll 10000% be going back.

Such an amazing time at Magnolias! The staff were all very friendly and helpful with the menu. Martinis and apps were all delicious! Very thoughtful menu. We were already saying how excited we were to come back before we even left!

Such a fun and unique spot! The martinis were hands down the best I've ever had, made with care, and you can taste the difference. The crispy fried olives were the perfect bar snack, especially if you just want a small bite with your drink. I tried the lamb chops, which come as a trio, and they were perfectly paired with kimchi that had just the right amount of kick, which I loved. The rice was flavorful and came in a generous portion, enough to enjoy again later. Service was impeccable. I sat at the bar, and the staff made sure everything was spot on. I'll definitely be back, there's still so much more on the menu I can't wait to try!

Very excited to welcome this Martini Bar to the area! It's clear that a lot of thought and artistry went into the menu and drink selections. Beautiful addition to Bay Shore's Main Street!

Booked a dinner for four on New Year's Eve as they shared an interesting Prix Fix menu for that night. The staff was beyond friendly and offered recommendations when necessary. The restaurant is classy and intimate. There are booths and tables, we had a nice corner seat. We started off with a round of drinks and all were enjoyed. The Point Set Match was a table favorite. We all decided to go with the Prix Fix option as none of us had been there before and it was a great way to try a little of everything. Based on a conversation about wings with the staff, we were also convinced to try the Black Pepper Bourbon BBQ and Buffalo wings. We were not disappointed! I'm not going to list everyone's dinner items but the Ceasar salad got rave reviews, flat Iron steak was phenomenal and the seared tuna was finished before anyone else even started with their meal. It was a great first experience and we are excited for more. I know one person in our party planned to go back for wings on his lunch break the same week. Definitely try this place out.

    Pineapple Express is amazing!

They give you a welcome drink!! Best service in Bay Shore! Amazing food and drinks! We had A5 Wagyu, crab cakes, and then scallop risotto for the main.

As mentioned they try to offer fresh, seasonal apps, handhelds, salads and entrees. The protein entree options only offer two to three chicken, pork, steak, seafood selections along with a couple of pasta infused dishes. They have a full bar, so if a beer or cocktail is wanted you do have options there as well. The Mr selected the Chilled Shrimp & Crab Stack, but eliminated the hard boiled egg aspect and thought it was light, tasty and refreshing. I opted for the Faroe Salmon with shrimp that came accompanied/on top of a risotto and peas. I thought cooked medium was perfect making it soft and fork flaky to mix along together. It was a very juicy sizable piece making it very filling. We didn't have time for a dessert, but noted they did have a few offerings there. Also noted they had very well kept mens/woman's and family restroom with baby changing table. Thanks! Would highly recommend this location to others.

Happy hour at the bar is from 12-7pm with the bar bites available after 4pm. The place is very nicely decorated and exudes an upscale but unpretentious vibe. I ordered a glass of the pinot noir which was tasty and at $6 a nice bargain. I got the chickpea fries and was surprised by the texture. It was almost custard like with a slight chickpea flavor in a very light breading. Served with the harissa aioli it made for a nice app. After a while I decided to try the Filet mignon sliders, which I ordered medium rare, the bartender said they don't usually take a temp on those but he'd note it. The meat is sliced very thin but was tender and still had a bit of red. The arugula gave it a nice peppery bite. My only critic is the slider roll was very cottony, but the overall taste was very good. I'll definitely be back and will try something off the regular menu.

There's actually a hilarious story behind why I went. I was originally supposed to have a date that night, but let's be real: you'd think a 61-year-old man would know better than to take a 47-year-old woman to Dave & Buster's. I canceled the night before, dolled myself up the day of, and decided to take myself out instead. Best decision ever. The joint is dimly lit. But your eyes wind up adjusting. It's got a great vibe. Definitely excellent for a date night. The bartenders here are absolute rockstars. I started with a Painkiller. Even though it's no longer on the menu, they whipped it up for me anyway--and hey, it definitely relieved my pain, lol! Next, I tried a Corpse Reviver just because it had absinthe in it. It was different, but I really enjoyed it. Naturally, I had to finish with my signature drink, a Cosmopolitan, because I am the Black Carrie Bradshaw of Long Island. And it did not disappoint. The eats: I got the charcuterie board--fancy and bougie, just like me--and wrapped up the night with the brownie à la mode for dessert. Drowning my troubles in sweets is a must when the Long Island dating pool is an absolute wasteland, lmao. Did I want to spend my night around teenagers, kids, and skee-ball? HELL NO! I wanted a grown-and-sexy speakeasy vibe, and Artemis delivered. 5/5 stars--would 100% recommend!

What's not okay is having content creators with their bright lights blinding the patrons next to them.
