I accidentally walked in on someone because the bathroom doors don't automatically lock behind you. There are signs reminding customers to lock the door, but it's easy to see how people would assume it since you have to use a code to enter. But because there's a code you have to use a second lock to manually lock the doors. The only reason I'm giving it two stars instead of one is because they're open late, which is convenient since most other tea and dessert shops are closed by then. Unfortunately, the quality of the drinks, desserts, and overall experience would not warrant need to come back. Only the reason we did was because nothing else is open late.
