Alright let me just start saying I am really not sure why this business has good reviews on yelp, it must be people that are friends or family members because there's nothing special about this establishment. I normally get my nails done at nail bar in Tustin, but decided to give this place a try because of beautiful clean photos and outstanding yelp reviews. I bought a living social Groupon and called to make an appointment. The coupon was for $30 2 gel manicures. I made my appointment on Monday afternoon, and let me just tell you this place was so hard to find... however because I read previous review I left early, and still made it 10 min before my appt. when I got there I was greeted by Mai and I told her I have a living social Groupon I would like to use. She said the only place she advertised was on Groupon and she will not accept my living social Groupon. I showed her the advertisement that was still up on living social, but she was adamant she will not accept. She offered to give me the same price as Groupon, but I have to return my coupon by myself somehow. I've never returned anything there before, but I said I will try and I still need my gel manicure. Then she proceeded to say there will be additional $5 charge to take off my previous gel. Again, nothing mentioned on the coupon... I asked what is their normal gel charge... she said it was $25... so I asked it I was going to be charged the additional $5 when I come in next time. She replied "no because for returning customers it's free." I just have to say, if I was a business owner I would try my best for my 1st time customer to have a good experience.... instead I felt nick-led and dimed.. and guess what the end result was????? You will never guess... a mediocre manicure! They were out of the color I wanted so stylist picked the closest thing to it... buffed my nails raw... and even made my cuticle bleed... I am attaching a picture as proof! I will not be going back to this place even if you paid me! Now I just hope I can get my money back from living social... what a nightmare! read more

I got a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure yesterday. The employees were very nice, however, I am not pleased with how my gel manicure turned out. The polish does not go all the way to my cuticle line, there are areas where the polish doesn't reach, it is uneven on my nails, and I can see areas where it is already chipping. If you're looking for a well polished manicure, this is not the place. Overall, I would not return. read more

Mai is an amazing eye lash extension person. My first experience was 3 years ago with another person and let me tell you its was horrible!! She helped me decide on a color because I'm so indecisive. Lisa took her time and really aimed for customer satisfaction! The office complex was very cute located in downtown Tustin, the suite was clean, and Mai was wonderful! She was very friendly and knowledgeable.
