We hired the service for a new home cleaning March 11th. The house was practically clean since the previous home owner left it in really good conditios.. It was a matter of making sure all details are taken care of. Unfortunately, at a $600 price point, I expected virtually no missing details. But, now moving in clothes and other items, I see that the wire racks for the clothes are still dusty, there some window sills with dust, inside windows aren't clean, and there was a sink in the laundry room that wasn't even complete. Theresa and her son did an amazing deep clean for our 4 bedroom 3 bath home today! We are preparing the home as a rental and they made it move-in ready. We did a walk through when she was done and it was like a brand new house. She has this special vacuum that made our cream wall-to-wall carpets look, smell, and feel like we had them steamed... quite a feat since we have a rambunctious indoor dog. The bathrooms, bedrooms, stove, and even windows were spotless. And her son fixed one of our busted lightbulbs in our entryway- just cuz. Yup, super helpful. From the initial quote I sent on Yelp, communication with Theresa was super prompt, easy, and a no-brainer when it came to a great price. She estimated 4 hours and was able to finish in about 3 1/2. If I could give Theresa 6 stars I would. She was prompt and courteous in communications. She showed up on time, ready to roll. And she was given a tough job for our move in cleaning. We thought it would take her crew 3 hours; when I returned home after 6 hours she was still going after it like mad. She stayed for 7 hours and I almost had to force her to take more money. Theresa and her son did a fabulous job cleaning my 2 bedroom apartment for a reasonable price. They arrived promptly at 10 and finished a little over two hours later. I am not a neat person, and half the time when I've hired a service it's because it forces me to get my place into an acceptable level of messiness before they get here. My kitchen is my absolute downfall. They did an amazing job --particularly on the hardwood floors and tiled bathroom and kitchen You could eat off the floors. They even managed to get stains off the floor that another company who'd been here just three weeks prior --said they couldn't get off. (I should note that the other company charged a lot more than Theresa for a lot less service.) They dusted, swept, mopped and steam cleaned the floors --I could eat off of them right now. They worked around my clutter and got rid of stuff I didn't need. She was extremely friendly, and personable. I am going to set up a regularly cleaning schedule with her. Theresa responded to my detailed request for a move out clean quote within an hour with a fair price and suggested time on my requested date. She was communicative and confirmed the date. She showed up with back up and a car full of supplies. Her team was super friendly and we did a walk through before I left to run errands and get out of her hair.
