I enjoy the big variety and uniqueness of every item including the fresh baked goods like monkey bread, pickle salad, in house syrups and ice cream. There's so much to take in that I had to set a personal limit (though it's reassuring to know I can always come back... and I will!). They offer a great variety: handmade chocolates, ice cream, coffee, and candies. It's a little treasure for anyone with a sweet tooth. The sweet smell of ch plate fills the air and you can actually see stuff packaging the chocolate (near the counter). The only downside was that the staff didn't greet us when we walked in....we kind of had to initiate the interaction. But once we got talking, things were friendly enough. I left with a small stash of chocolate treats, and they were delicious. Red Wing Confectionery is definitely going to be a regular stop for me whenever I'm in town!

All new finishes, seating, lighting and great music playing. Lots of tables to eat in and a great bar height counter to observe downtown happenings while enjoying your meal. Today I ordered kimchi ramen and a side of gyoza. Both fantastic. My order was taken by a polite young man... food was ready within 10 minutes. Love this new addition to Prescott... The retail shop is small but is packed with a diverse array of options. Eau Galle produces a lot of their own cheeses, especially ones in Italian styles, but the shop also hosts many cheese from across Wisconsin and abroad. Most tend to be firmer cheeses like cheddars and goudas, with few soft rinds and young blues. There is also cheese-themed home decor and apparel, and lots of accompaniments for cheese like jams, pickled vegetables, honeys, and many sausages. This is a perfect place to put together a gift basket for someone who enjoys good food! Oh, and there is alcohol, too, requisite New Glarus packs, local ciders, and wines. Fudges and candies offer temptation right at the checkout. The cashier was friendly and helpful. This is definitely a place that I hope to return to soon!
