She was punctual, professional, and very thorough. After receiving multiple estimates, we decided to go with Maids 2000. While, yes, they were among the most reasonable, ultimately, what really made them choose them was how they inspired confidence in getting the job done. Today, they spend the better part of 5 hours cleaning our home. It is immaculate and they were methodical in their approach. They literally cleaned on their way up to and out the door. In total, three ladies and a gentleman helped out today, one of which was Milena, who originally gave us the quote. She ensured things flowed smoothly and the gentleman, who's name escapes me, help to clean the high areas that required a ladder. The two ladies who did most of the actual cleaning were Rosa and Luz. I have used Maids 2000 twice now. The first time was when my aunt was in the hospital. They came and cleaned a hoarder-type situation and did the most amazing job. They are very professional, thorough, reliable, and do an incredible job. Most recently my mom was in the hospital and they came to clean her house. We just hired Maids 2000 for a move out deep cleaning. Adriana and Arelys showed up promptly and got right to work. The house is cleaner than when we moved into it. There's no way I could've got the house this clean in the amount of time they did. The house is over 3,000 sqft, and they did it top to bottom in 7 hours. I requested a few quotes from different companies, but I went with Maids 2000 because of the small things that were included with the price. Cleaning out drawers, cupboards, etc, which most companies charged more for. I'm so happy with the service they provided us, and also customer service was just as good.
