My Mom had fallen and was in the hospital and we needed a last minute deep clean , window and carpets to be done ! I was amazed we could get a last minute job lined up and was not sure what to expect but just needed it done. The first crew ( Luis and Rogelio) did windows and I was so impressed with the care and detail they took. Next we're the cleaners( Katy and her Team.....again I was so happy with the detail and deep true clean they did followed up by the carpet cleaning by Midel. He did a careful thorough job and was pretty fast! Again Chanel and her team that sets appts ( so sorry I'm blanking out on her name ). I would highly recommend them ALL!!! read more

There are seriously no words to effectively describe how astonished I am with the work that was done for use today. Normally I use businesses that have been recommended by friends or family, but in this case, I couldn't do that. I have not lived locally for 20 years. I have relied on Yelp to find people locally in order to help my father and this company did not disappoint. After months of cleaning 50 years of crap out of a house my parents only lived in for 30 years, we decided we would outsource the cleaning before we put the house on the market. This is work that I/we could have done, but chose not too because we are exhausted. We made the right choice. Karla and Rosalinda were at my father's house for 10 hours today deep cleaning his 2200 square foot house. TEN. HOURS. In ten hours, they did the work that would have taken me AT LEAST 3 full days and it still wouldn't have been as good a job. There were areas that have probably never been cleaned the entirety of my family's ownership, like under the washer and dryer my brother took and along the baseboards. My mother passed in 2010 and my brother and father lived there together until last year. During those 12 years, and probably even a couple years before that (time my mother was sick), there was very little cleaning. The kitchen counters were occasionally wiped down and a brush ran around the toilets, but even that was rare and cleaning beyond that was few and far between. Last week, if you walked into the house, you could never picture yourself living in it and updating everything piecemeal as you could afford it. Buyers would have walked in and immediately felt like the entire house would need to be gutted before it was even habitable. When I left today, I could picture myself moving in with my family. I'm not going to because I have a life and obligations elsewhere, but it is a good measure of how impressed I was. I would feel comfortable moving my children in as it is. Two gentlemen, who's names I didn't catch, came midday and cleaned all the windows inside and out and did a great job as well. That had never been done. Everything else was the incredible ladies. They cleaned the walls, the baseboards, the light fixtures, the window sills, the blinds, the bathrooms (including calcium on faucets and shower heads, and a layer of dust on the standalone tub in the master thicker than words can describe), and all of the kitchen cabinets that were once white and are now white again. For expectations sake, I want to note that we had the carpets cleaned separately because we needed treatment for pet urine. I don't know if this company cleans carpets, but we used chem dry as was recommended to us. I also want to say that, while I am completely and utterly astonished, and frankly disappointed that I didn't take before pictures, nobody is truly magic. As I would hope would be obvious, these ladies can't clean paint back on where it has chipped off and they clean absolutely everything. They couldn't get off the stamp ink from my 3 year old that set and dried before we noticed, but it looked significantly better. I only note that because I don't want someone to read this review and think their house will look brand new. Your house will look it's age, but very clean. This house could still use new paint inside and definitely needs updated, but picture a house you would think needs to be completely gutted... it's now so clean, anyone could live there. And anyone except my Aunt Hazel would probably feel completely comfortable living there. So pick your word... epic... amazing... astonishing... incredible... That's how good of a job they did. We contacted Maids 2000 to give us a quote for an initial deep clean. They responded almost immediately and Milena arrived that same morning for an estimate. She was punctual, professional, and very thorough. After receiving multiple estimates, we decided to go with Maids 2000. While, yes, they were among the most reasonable, ultimately, what really made them choose them was how they inspired confidence in getting the job done. Today, they spend the better part of 5 hours cleaning our home. It is immaculate and they were methodical in their approach. They literally cleaned on their way up to and out the door. In total, three ladies and a gentleman helped out today, one of which was Milena, who originally gave us the quote. She ensured things flowed smoothly and the gentleman, who's name escapes me, help to clean the high areas that required a ladder. The two ladies who did most of the actual cleaning were Rosa and Luz. To summarize, we are beyond impressed with the quality of this business. Good communication, good follow through, and very professional staff that are great at what they do. I have used Maids 2000 twice now. The first time was when my aunt was in the hospital. They came and cleaned a hoarder-type situation and did the most amazing job. They are very professional, thorough, reliable, and do an incredible job. Most recently my mom was in the hospital and they came to clean her house. I was on a short time crunch because she would be going home soon. They jumped right to action and sent over several people to help. The entire 2200 sq ft home was cleaned from top-to-bottom. I've had a monthly cleaning with Natalia and Reina, Team 5, for several months now and I'm extremely satisfied with the work and how friendly they are. Natalia was also part of my initial deep cleaning and she remembered all the special details. We have a dog that is in a separate room and a cat that is in a separate room and she did an excellent job cleaning the rooms and making sure they didn't escape. We just hired Maids 2000 for a move out deep cleaning. Adriana and Arelys showed up promptly and got right to work. The house is cleaner than when we moved into it. There's no way I could've got the house this clean in the amount of time they did. The house is over 3,000 sqft, and they did it top to bottom in 7 hours. I requested a few quotes from different companies, but I went with Maids 2000 because of the small things that were included with the price. Cleaning out drawers, cupboards, etc, which most companies charged more for. I'm so happy with the service they provided us, and also customer service was just as good. Ana and Tim serviced our home. They were so, so kind and man when I say no corner was missed... NO CORNER WAS MISSED! Even the smallest of things you'd think, they probably won't see that... nope! They got to it and made it spotless! Even cleaned ON TOP of our laundry cabinets, I mean.. the detail was outstanding!
