They have two really cool arcade machines in the waiting room and yes I believe two of them were PAC man... who doesn't love that! We were called to the back and when we met Dr. Huie the super friendliness continued, he made my son feel comfortable and he focused on our concerns. We have found a fabulous pediatric dentist and we are grateful that we found him. He came highly recommended and he was great. What a great friendly and professional practice.

I had a 2 year old and newborn son. They allowed me to bring them both and helped me the whole time take care of my boys. As my family grew and I became pregnant again, they treated me like family. They always allow me to make appointments for all three of my son's and myself at the same time. Sue, the hygienist, is literally the best in the business. She is so friendly and sweet and remembers everything about my family. Dr. Contract is so amazing. When my oldest son was 5, he needed some extensive dental work. She recommended a pediatric dentist but that person wanted to do thousands of dollars worth of work in a hospital setting. I went back to Dr. Contract and she did the work in her office for a fraction of the cost...under $100. She made my 5 year old feel like he was just having his teeth cleaned. He had to have a root canal and he doesn't remember any of it (he's 10 now). He has NO anxiety from the experience and adores her. I have recommended this practice to everyone I meet. Dr. Contract has come in on weekends and holidays to help some family and friends with dental emergencies. She takes pride in her profession and really cares about the patients. I will never go to another dentist a long as Williamsburg Smiles exists. The staff are amazing and truly care about each of their patients.

One text and call would suffice but there is no brain behind the process. Second- Children will not be seen by the same tech nor even in the same vicinity. Disturbed? I was. I'm not talking grown children, I'm talking 4 and 5 year old children. This is the first time this happened but WTH is wrong with the people scheduling these appointments. Third- this is the most deranged in my opinion. Now your two children are separated, if you're standing with your 4 year old be prepared for a dentist to talk and treat your 5 year old child without you speaking to them. No introduction, nothing. Yes, you read that right! A grown person who went to a medical school, talked to a 5 year old without any interaction with the parent prior to touching them. This is the wildest thing you can't even make up! Fourth- Inconsistent information. One tech says don't have your child brush for 6 hours after fluoride. One tech says nothing. My child was walking herself down the hall and all finished up. This place is not good. Granted most of this stems from having children being seen in two different spaces but who is in charge here?! My opinion is this place is not worth your time, energy, patience, money, like there is no reason to partake in the services from this place.

I bought this fancy new machine we can offer to release a tongue tie for $xxxxx amount. Oh we have this new procedure you'd be perfect for. Oh you're already under orthodontic care, but we just got this new orthodontist partner, would you like a consult? No, I wouldn't. Take care of my kids teeth and tell me what they actually NEED. There is always a credit on our account like they don't ever charge you right the first time. And don't bring a credit card to pay, it's nearly a $9 fee to use a credit card, which is absurd. They just got done at the dentist, they don't need candy or popsicles.
