Never ever ship from here. They wanted to charge me $80 for FedEx envelope 2-day. I said no way, I'll go to the FedEx center, this is outrageous!! They said "oh no, we'll give you a discounted rate of less, like $70". I said no way and walked out. FedEx shipped my envelope for $27. I'm going to report them to FedEx as well. They charge higher prices for post office shipping as well. I can understand a few dollar surcharge but charging 3x the cost is criminal!! read more

Very rude and unprofessional!! AVOID I came to drop off a DHL package, because their location is listed on the DHL site as an authorized ship center. I showed up at 5pm and they were very very rude- refused to accept my package and to come back tomorrow. They would only accept DHL packages from 10am to 1:30pm. They refused to hold the package and ship it the next day. I sent a co-worker back with it another day, and get this- they never shipped it out!! We kept checking the tracking and the package was going no where. When we called DHL, they said it hadn't left the center. I then called the same rude people and they forgot about it for 4 days! Extremely rude, disrespectful owners. This place is right next to the Hallmark store. I wanted to mail a priority mail letter in the letter-sized envelope. My plan was to first go to Mail All and get the priority mail envelope, then go to the Hallmark store and get a card that fits in the envelope, then take it back to Mail All and send it out. I asked the owner of Mail All if they have any priority mail envelopes. The lady says "yes" and then stares at me. I ask her if I can have one and she gives me one of the large flat-rate envelopes. I said I want the letter-sized one and she said "I don't have any." I looked behind her and I saw a giant stack of letter-sized priority mail envelopes, so I pointed to it and said "yes you have some right there." Then she looks at me and says "those are for customers." I asked her what that's supposed to mean and she told me I should go to the post office and mail my letter there. The end read more

Callous, unsympathetic shop owners: Caveat emptor! Needed a notary to witness a signature today for my sister who is disabled & a bedridden cancer patient. We live across the road; less than a 5 minute walk from this shop. After explaining our situation to the male owner he demanded $80! This absurd price preys upon the most vulnerable. The owner is charging a disabled person $70 extra for walking a distance equivalent to that from his fake post office across Blossom Center to the *real* USPS Office & back. This charge out equates to $320/hr! Even in gentrifying South Mtn. View this Mail All Center's excessive charge levied towards a cancer patient sickens me greatly. Hopefully others feel the same. Fortunately, using Yelp we found a great (5*) flexible notary: RON IKEBE on Hope St. downtown MV. He is happy & flexible to come to the house in this situation for a small fraction of what this evil Mail All Center tried to take from my unwell sister's Social Security payment. In contrast to MAC, Ron's business ethics are exemplary. Please folks, do our community a favor and take your business elsewhere: There is a wonderful *real* Post Office just across the parking lot - Look for the flag poll. In my experience, our *genuine* Blossom Post Office has great, helpful service and sells most shipping packing you'll need. Hours there are 9:30am-5pm and it is often quiet outside lunchtime & the final (4pm-5pm) business hour. Blossom Valley Post Office have USPS mailing supplies which are free for priority mail. There is also a range of boxes & shipping envelopes for purchase at a reasonable cost. Save your money & send a message to this business that we live in a community of empathy & fairness - not one of greed nor poor service. And finally, what ever happened that polite woman Judith whom ran this mail center 20 years ago? She was a helpful, local resident and I strongly doubt that she would have behaved as callously as these money-hungry fake post office owners. read more

I called a dozen notaries before I found this place . Most of the other notaries replied that the notary would arrive only at "xyz" time . Avoid this place. I went to ship a package, and the minute I walked inside, I felt like I was inside a storage unit from Storage Wars. The place is a dump with old broken down boxes everywhere and gift wrapping that is so old, it is fading. The man behind the counter (who said he had been there for 18 years) tried to sell me insurance on the package for what he called package loss. I immediately thought the package would get lost in his store. And the whole time, the other person behind the counter, who I can only assume was his wife, was speaking incredibly loud in a personal conversation on the phone so I had trouble conversing with the person helping me. This place is really shady! They refuse to give me a receipt for a UPS drop off and wants to charge $1 for any type or receipt?!? I have been doing UPS drop off for years for online product shipment, and I have never heard of such a thing. They say just to take a picture of my label. To course I already have the tracking number. But the idea of the receipt is verification they have taken over the package for transit. I truly question if they are indeed an "authorized" UPS center. I use this business exclusively for my shipping and faxing needs. The couple who own this place are really helpful. They always let me know if there is a cheaper shipping option and when my package should arrive. When I have to fax legal paperwork they wait for and print a confirmation of receival for me. These two know their business and they are perfectly willing to share their knowledge. Some of these reviews say the owners are unpleasant, but I have not found this to be the case. On my first visit I walked in with a smile and got two in return; and they are are always really sweet to my toddler. read more

They also understand the differences between UPS, Fedex, USPS, and DHL and can recommend the most reliable shipper. It is especially useful for shipping overseas. They have many supplies you may need, boxes, lots of gift cards, wrap, etc. It saves a lot of time. They also do notary work and their rates are very reasonable. I really try to support local businesses, but when I do sometimes it totally backfires. This is one of those instances. This place is extremely disorganized looking, but you would hope for more, but you won't find it. The folks quoted me unbelievably high prices for shipping - over $60 to ship one shirt to my mother for Mother's Day; then when you try to walk, they hold your packages and start negotiating. I was trying to get it done in time for MD, I'm 37 weeks pregnant, and I had very little patience, so I stayed. She eventually got it down to $20. You have to fill out multiple forms and labels by hand and they indicate they will send you the tracking numbers. Waiting for the husband-wife team to talk back and forth and figure out the costs took forever and seemed completely unprofessional. They never sent me the tracking numbers. When i called it took them 20 minutes to find them on the phone. I will never go here again, it makes the Post Office look like a well-oiled machine! read more

We went here for getting a document notarized. These folks were so nice and helpful, like they actually cared about us. The document that was to be notarized required our fingerprints and I had gone there with a regular ink pad - the one that leaves the ink on your thumb. When they saw us trying to use the regular ink pad, they stopped us and offered us to use their "fingerprint ink pad" on our document so that it doesn't leave the ink mark on our thumbs!
