If you ask for packing help, you're now required to ship using their inflated rates which are much higher than USPS or online options. I was told they "make no money" on packing, but forcing customers into overpriced shipping isn't the answer. I used to justify the higher costs for the friendly service, but that's not the case anymore as there is an older gentleman there that is very abrasive and condescending (at least has been my experience every time) Unless you absolutely have to use them, I'd say look elsewhere.

It turned out awesome and they were very good at being able to give me different options and pricing to print the poster that I wanted.
