I think Faye and her husband may have sold this business. It was a great one years ago when I used it for quite awhile; they were lovely people and extremely efficient. The woman just now on phone was abrasive; wouldn't answer any questions as I asked for Faye (owner); she said she didn't know anyone by that name. She said she couldn't give me any other information and wouldn't let me speak to John who is her superior. Wouldn't tell me if he was the owner or not. None of this feels normal for a private mail center and I don't like being spoken to with a scolding attitude. Friendliness matters; if I can't get to the owner or her superior, what kind of service will I have if opening a mail box there? It likely would be frustrating considering the conversation I just had for accountability. read more

i've given this place a try a handful of times, because I believe in supporting neighborhood businesses, but this place has failed me every single time. First time I found this FedEx drop off location and when I arrived, they told me that they couldn't print out the label. The second time I tried to get a key made, besides the fact that it was twice amount as a normal key, it didn't even work. So when I came back that day to resolve this issue, they couldn't remake my key because they didn't have another one and they couldn't refund me because nobody on staff was qualified to do a refund. I did not have time to go back to the store for a third time on the same day. I had to buy a stamp and they charge twice amount for the stamp which is insane to me. A stamp is not a lot of money, but it's the principle of overcharging for something that is out of that price. they don't have high price points, but everything you get here will be more than what everywhere else charges such as everything i've mentioned, and passport photos,etc. I will not be returning back here. read more

Very nice and cozy Mailbox Store. The services they provide are usually fast and staff is super friendly. I'd like to shout out to Greg for his help answering my questions, although I kept asking questions that I felt I should know, his patience and amicable tone were super appreciated. Prices are reasonable taking into consideration the variety of services they offer in a small space (nonetheless cute store). The place looks clean and the location is very busy. I would suggest parking in the parking building south from Charleville if you think it's not gonna take long. It's much more recommendable to walk there since parking is a little limited. I was suprised to find out they provide "mobile" notary because that would be very convenient for clients. Will take that into consideration in the future when I require this service. Do recommend if you're in the Beverly Hills area and need shipping/notary/passport pics, etc. Type of services. read more
