We have been doing business with Raj here at Mail Services ever since its inception, and we wouldn't have it any other way. His shop is service-minded and goes above and beyond to support our packaging, shipping, and notary public needs. A few times we have shipped to the wrong address based on our mistakes, and Raj will always call and follow up to rectify the issue so that our parcels are not lost, etc. Over the years he automated our transactions so that we just drop off our boxes and letters to be shipped, and we are charged and invoiced every month. I just had the WORST experience trying to drop off freaking UPS package. I simply wanted to drop off a UPS package and get proof that I dropped it off. The extremely rude gentleman sternly states "The tracking number is how you track the package. I don't do receipts". I respond "The tracking number will help track the whereabouts of the package, but I want proof that the package has originated at this particular location. A tracking number alone can't do that". He responds, "It's a pain in the butt for me to print out receipts for drop offs" I respond: "I always get a receipt every other place I drop off packages. This is the only place that I have to ask for the receipt. Shouldn't printing it be automatic? I've also had issues with items dropped off with no receipt never making it to the destination. Although it may be a pain in the but. I'd feel more comfortable with a receipt." He responds: "You shouldn't be taking your items to places you don't trust." I respond: That's a strange response to a complaint that that items dropped off at your place sometimes never make it to it's destination. Shouldn't you be concerned about this kind of complaint? AND Wouldn't providing a receipt benefit everyone involved? He responds: He rolls his eyes and takes all of "5 SECONDS" to print of a damn receipt!!! I walked out saying "5 seconds of work was such a pain in your butt??? I bet there's a correlation with the packages where no receipt is provided and packages that never make it to their destination. Wednesday June 17, 2020 near end of day I arrived with a printed FedEx label and small product to ship to a colleague. Have used services at this location countless times mostly work related packages, and would typically give a 5-star rating. I WAS APPALLED at the cavalier attitude of both the man and woman behind the counter. The woman acted as if I were interrupting her texting. The man was occupied with another customer and seemed appropriate. NEITHER the man nor woman was wearing a mask and the width of counter is likely less than 3' W. There were NO SIGNS posted for clients about precautions for COVID - 19, such as "masks required." The aisles (2) have room enough for only 1 person and there were NO DIRECTIONALS for "in" one way or "out" another, which would have been quite easy and common sense. There was no tape on floor encouraging 6' apart. Now, I am not a moralist. Neither am I a liberal lefty. So, I write this review more as a question - "What am I missing?" This COVID - 19 is still new in terms of how to handle it. Maybe employees have temperature checks and wash hands every hour or sanitize counter, and I did not observe at the moment. I want to give benefit of the doubt. Just simply saying, "I don't get it." Would be gr8t if the owner could reply and help explain. Meanwhile, I am posting this if others viewing might wonder and therefore prefer other locations practicing CDC, State, County, City, small business guidelines. One other thing: A woman customer "strutted" in from parking lot without mask - I say "strutted" not in sense of anything sexist (would have used same term if it were a guy or nonbinary individual) -- because she almost seemed to have an air of "I am not wearing a mask, and am proud of it." (It is also possible I projected that on her because of my still processing my experience at the counter.) But, clearly, she was very comfortable NOT WEARING A MASK as if she had been in and out of that location several times. Pitchfork, lantern carrying folks demanding "freedom" DO NOT have a right to freedom sans responsibility; your freedom ends where my safety-at-risk begins. All of us need to act as if we potentially are carriers, spreaders of COVID - 19 and put the interest of others before ourselves at same time trying as best we can to get back to business, reasonably. read more

Came in to get a live scan today. The lady that approached me was actually nice but working with three people at one time. However, whoever the guy was working there told me that my live scan next time needs to be written in print because he can't read it. When I told him I've never had a problem with it before he had the nerve to get attitude, telling me that if the DOJ or FBI ever check them, then it's gonna be a problem for them. When I spoke to my husband about it to the side, saying that I'd never had a problem with it, this guy has the nerve to chime in our conversation and attempt to make yet another point about the same thing. He tells me, "no you're writing is not print, this is running writing." First and foremost, this guy did not greet me in the slightest. He just came over and snatched up my paperwork. He also told me to write my number on the sheet, despite it saying not to. Secondly, no where on the sheet does it say that the writing needs to be in print. Also, I know what print is. My regular writing and my cursive writing are both very different, although my regular writing is still somewhat connected. There should have been no problem, and if there was, it should have been brought up in a respectable manner. I decided to take my paperwork and get my live scan done elsewhere. Very quick LiveScan finger printing. Relax your hand, wipe finger, press on scan. wipe, press, wipe press. It took less than ten minutes to do. She was efficient at her job and made the process go smoothly and quickly. Drop off UPS packages here. Just come in, drop it off where the pile is (or as instructed), and leave. Only downside is that they charged me twice for my fingerprinting. I worked it out and had my credit card adjusted, but nonetheless it occurred. TIP: located between the Starbucks and Verizon store. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I came into do a live scan a couple of months ago everything was fine until I the scanning of the fingerprint had to be done. The employee, I'm assuming it was the owner Raj, from the other disgruntled comment, asked me to move closer to the machine. I'm guessing I wasn't close enough when he had the nerve to very grab me by the arm as if I were a child, and VERY AGGRESSIVELY pulled me closer to the machine. I stood there in shock! The cashier also seemed very bothered by my presence there. I'm not sure what I did to deserve that maltreatment, it was either my age or ethnicity because they were treating other individuals, who were NOT minorities, very politely. I went in for livescan finger printing. The solo person working behind the counter was not wearing a mask and was allowing customers to come in and remove their masks once inside the store. I had to request nicely that the worker put on a mask before she approached me for the finger print scan. She was rude to me after that. It does not matter how long helping me will take. If helping me takes longer than when you close at 630pm then you stay after and finish the service. That's called customer service. It took me an hour to drive here and get a live scan done. I arrived at 622pm. It's a few fingerprints and a few signatures. 10-15 min tops! read more

This place is pretty convenient to my house and easy to get in/out of quickly. That said, I just experienced the worst customer service ever! The young lady was on the phone the entire time! Never said one word to me even though I asked her two questions directly. She handed me the FedEx envelope and motioned for me to give her the envelope and address sheet all while talking with her friend on the phone; just plain rude! We have had our box here for several years. The price is fair and the service we receive is excellent. We have had no issues with lost mail. This is very important to us as we receive important business documentation here that is often time sensitive. I love that I can count on our incoming packages to be safely stored until we pick them up. My only wish is that we had access to our mail box after hours and on Sundays, but except for that Raj and his team are providing exceptional service! They are professional and trust worthy.
