I was in the area of this mail office and dropped off two packages of returns with pre-paid labels to this store back in mid-May. One package was to be shipped via USPS and one via UPS. They assured me it would be shipped out that day. The UPS one shipped out that day and I received confirmation from Amazon that they received the package. The USPS one, however, took a long time to ship - USPS didn't report receiving the package until FOUR WEEKS later. I had a hard time proving I had shipped my return back within the 30 day return window... I would strongly suggest if you are trying to send something via USPS, to not use this business, especially if it is time sensitive. read more

Typical mail store, this is the place I always go and have never had any problems. Staff is very helpful but sometimes get annoyed if you need to use a small piece of tape and don't really want to buy a whole roll. Guess it can be hard to make it in this economy so I (sort of) understand. Generally not too busy so I've never had to wait in any lines. Have all the usual services and I would recommend using if you live in the area. read more

I have used this center more than once. The staff goes above and beyond. I shipped a bike. With no issues. And then I decided to ship a huge ottoman. Too big for any boxes.. and too big to ship through the mail. Mail to Go made a box! They held my item and made sure that I got the best price on shipping through a LTL company. Cannot recommend this place enough! Always quick and friendly, there is really no reason to ship from anywhere else. What would take you an extra 20 mins in line at The Post Office or UPS store, takes you about 5 here. They are always eager to help & even had the idea to cut down one of my boxes to save me $20! I went here to get live scan fingerprinting done and both ladies who run this little business were extremely helpful, experienced and professional! While waiting for my data to be entered, I was looking at a little teddy bear with a Christmas tree hat headband on its head and considering getting it as one of my daughters Christmas presents. I found out from the owner that she came up with the idea to put the hat on the bear and combine two pieces into one. She even helped me decide to get it by giving me a brand new hat that had lights on the tree that could light up and blink and even said my daughter could fit the headband on her head so her and her new bear friend could trade off wearing it ;). Despite being gouged time and time again, I have tried to support this small business, and I've finally decided to not walk through the door anymore. Today I went to ship a box, asking for "the cheapest way" because there was no rush. They quoted about $25 for UPS ground, so I specifically asked for USPS and they quoted me $16. I just now left the post office a mile away where I paid $8.76. I understand everyone needs to make a slice, but a 100% markup just seems absurd to me for someone not adding any real value to the process. The person in line before me walked out as well saying,"That's 3x what I'd pay at the post office." Lastly, the lady who I have always understood is the owner or manager snapped at me when I was annoyed at the original quote, having asked for the cheapest shipping solution. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. Huge markups on everything and rude service. They mark up stamps 25% when you can buy them at cost across the street at the post office. When I tried to make a return, they refused saying they'd rather not and would "rather" give credit. Well, no $hit I bet they'd rather give me credit. Needless to say, I'll drive the extra 2 minutes to FedEx to be taken care of well and at a reasonable price. read more

Had Live scan done on Saturday. The price was right but the best part was I accidently left my drivers license there and the lady employee or owner drove it over to my house. I usually don't need any mailing services but needed to just the other day. I walked in with a package that was ready to go but needed one side taped. I thought I could drop it off and be on my way! How RUDE of me! I was told by Raj it would be a $1 for the service. I didn't have any cash. I asked if I could use my debit card. She smiled and said NO PROBLEM!
