Supper rude owner !! I was waiting in line the guy said leave boxes there I asked for proof that I left packages there he says leave and go to ups store!! Totally rude and I asked so you don't give any proof that you leave packages here he says no go to UPS store he is limited in English he is a Asian man not nice! I would have thought he would have been nicer I am almost due but not even then was he nice I told thanks for being rude and he started laughing!! I asked for black and white printouts and this guy tried to charge me for color because he mistakenly printed them in color. When I refused to pay for color he tried to charge me "half way" between color and B&W. When I refused to meet him halfway he tore up my tax forms and wouldn't give them to me. I had to argue with him to give me back my the torn up sheets because it had all my personal identification information on them and he reluctantly gave them back. When I told him he was being unprofessional he laughed. What an idiot jerk. I wouldn't trust this guy (the owner) to do the right thing under any circumstance. read more

Sent a package of teabags that were placed in a plain box and taped closed. It weighs less than 1/4 pound. Last week at USPS I checked shipping same package-was $6. First he told me $12 and then he decided to add $2.50 for the box. The box at USPS is FREE! So I paid $15 for what should it cost $6! I was going to mail another package but decided not to based on that. I mail things all the time. Lesson learned...USPS is still the best way to go for standard shipping & The self-serve kiosk is easy and open till midnight. read more

Horrible service. I came in to send a package that needed to be at a certain location by a certain time. Not only was I lied to by the employee who works there daily about what the best option was and was also lied to about when it would get there. All he wanted was to get a sale to make his business money. So now my package will not be there at the time he told me it was going to. OH AND DID I MENTION HE HUNG UP ON ME ALL 4 TIMES THAT I CALLED JUST TO ASSESS WHAT WAS GOING ON. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would give it just that. The owner is great. Sometimes he might be busy and gets annoyed at silly questions, but overall he is a good hard worker and gives great customer service. We come here all the time for notary purposes and sending things out. He waits for you after hours if he knows you're on your way. Other places just shut you out at 5minutes before closing. ZERO stars! Do not use this place. He is a crook. Shipped fed-x and fed-x failed on time delivery which im entitled to refund but mailbox express was refunded and the guy refuses to give me the refund. That means hes been paid twice. He wont return my calls and hung up on me the 1st time. The guy lacks complete customer service and lies to the customer. Fed ex verified his account was already credited but he keeps saying he has to call. He wont return my calls and its been almost 2 weeks. Real bad bussiness guy. Crook. The man behind the counter was extremely unprofessional. I needed assistance taping the return label to the box. After giving me a hard time about this and telling me I was going to have to pay for the tape the man behind the counter started looking inside my package. He would not take the package because he didn't want to be responsible for what was inside (a camera worth a little more than $100 on ebay). He wouldn't take it and told me to go a somewhere else. I was in a rush and he put me in a terrible mood. Bummed on the experience and hope no one else has to encounter this man. read more

Do not deal with this company. item was sent from this location and was destroyed during shipment. Purchased insurance but this mailbox express will lie to you and put you off. They never follow through. They never paid the insurance claim they still have $500 of my insurance money. They will not provide any proof or documentation or pay the insurance back. I checked with UPS and the claim was approved. Now I must take legal action against this company to recover the insurance. read more
