I was recommended to this place for their great service and affordable prices but i guess I wont be getting any of that today because they dont open on time! I l got here at 8:05am and waited around until about 8:40am but still no one was here. The doors locked. If a business isnt going to open at set hours why do they even have them or why do they write in their bio that they realize a customer's time is important! On top of that why would you tell a customer to come in tomorrow at 8am when your shop is not even opening at 8am. read more

I came here for a oil change special thinking im getting a deal... but what they don't tell you or advise of is that they charge you $5.00 fee to throw away your use oil when it's "FREE" at any local AutoZone or any other auto part store ridiculous fee. Never coming back here again. read more

Came to Troy again for my 100,000 mile tune-up and to get my tires changed. This place is awesome! He is not one of those mechanics that charges you for unnecessary things. He has always been honest, reliable, affordable, and most of all a pleasure to work with. His guys are great as well! Before getting my work done here my steering wheel was so out of balance at the speed of 70mph it felt like I was driving with a jackhammer. Brought it to Troy and he told me what was going on! Not bad. Don't seem like they preyed on me, but I can never be sure. But I'm a young-looking girl, not hot, not beautiful, dressed in scrubs, so no one ogled me. Got an oil change and had to get an AC leak fixed (I think it's a real problem and and not a problem made for $$. On my google search, looks like lots of Hondas end up getting AC leaks despite being relatively new like mine is) and it was a fair price for the service. They took my car back right away and knew within minutes that it was more than just a freon refill. They communicate well, saw an interaction with a potential customer who thought they could get a better deal somewhere else, and they couldn't offer better, so they tried their best and let them go when they couldn't offer the same. They did try to sell me a cabin air filter, which I am perfectly capable of buying and replacing myself as I'm not totally hopeless. Can't be suckered into everything. Anyway, just be careful when you leave them your cell number. Got a text message the next day for enrolling in their appointment alerts. No thanks. Second place that has texted me without my permission after I've used their services. Give me an option to opt in, not the other way around! Not everyone loves text messages or has an unlimited plan. But I wouldn't mind coming here again. Oil change was only 19.99 for a 2010 Honda. Other places often advertise low prices and then say synthetic oil costs more. Whatever that means. read more

Troy is an absolute professional and a very nice guy. He is the guy you want working on your car. He is an honest guy and clearly a very experienced mechanic. He's done some work on my mothers SUV before and I got a very good vibe from him since that day. He didn't try to up sell her on work and was very detailed on explaining things and knowledgeable. He got her in and out and back on the road in less than an hour. This past weekend I took my girlfriends car in and once again Troy came in clutch with the work saving us $250 for a Mass Air Flow Sensor replacement and instead paid only $65. All it needed was cleaning. While there we also got an oil change, tire rotation and new engine filter replacement all for a total of $126 this including the sensor cleaning. Very inexpensive and professionally done. Work was done quick. The sensor seems to be doing great no issues since. I will definitely be bringing in my own personal vehicle whenever I need work done. True, honest, hardworking mechanics at this place and great service. I highly recommend checking this place out. Thanks Troy! read more

This place is okay. Took my Honda here. They wouldn't honor the $130 coupon that I found on their website for a major service because they can't use generic fluids on the car (weird given that it's a Honda and not a sports car). So I was quoted $200 instead. On the upside, they did not try to sell me any unnecessary services. Haven't decided if I'll go back. I took my old (16 yrs) Honda Civic there for a long overdue oil change. I'm old, disabled, and in constant pain so i simply couldn't wait around very long for this to be done. Fortunately, and thankfully, i was in and out within a short and very acceptable timeframe. Will be bringing the car back in soon to find out what's wrong with the AC and to find out how much it will cost to fix it. Will keep y'all posted.
