Fun place. I have been here a couple of times. 2 times before this one with my employees during team building events. This time I was here for a kids birthday party. It was fun for my daughter and they got to do a LOT of stuff. Bowling, laser tag, food, and the arcade. The only downfall was how disorganized it felt (I think the servers somewhat forgot about us.) the place was hopping and seemed very popular. Prices were a bit steep, but if you come during a "deal" or "promo" it isn't too bad. I will say my favorite thing here is Lazer tag (having played it myself) it is just too short. read more

xavier was my waiter and he was so welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. It made our dining about family time and eating.

We were visiting our kids that just moved to the area and decided to come to this place for some fun. We bought $100 worth of points for games, then we sat down for dinner. Our waiter was great! The food was great! We paid using their handheld little machine (chose no receipt) then went on to play games. This is where our experience took a turn for the worse. Our waiter came looking for us and said our payment didn't go through, we looked on our bank statement and it had gone through on our end, the manager came over and started asking my husband to basically prove to him that it was real & asked to see what was in our account and other transactions we had made. We should have just left but we had $100 worth of points to play games and decided to leave. The manager came back and told us we needed to pay again because the transaction didn't go through. We will never return after what transpired. It was completely inappropriate for a large business like this. read more

Had a great time here on a Sunday late night. It wasn't busy but staff made us feel very welcome and never did we feel like they were just waiting for us to leave. We bowled for $5 per hour which is a steal given the quality and cleanliness of the lane. They have this great digital lane that let's you take pictures of yourself and the lane incorporates cartoons of you and the other players after every round. My first time coming here and have heard many good things about it. Took advantage of the $7.00 all day per activity. We did unlimited bowling. Pay the $7.00 plus show rental and you get one hour at a time per session. After your hour go back to the counter and get on a waiting list to keep bowling for another hour. Party of three we squeezed in two games per hour. The line upon entering was long but even with a computer down and a school in front of us we only waited about 5 minutes to get to the cashier. The registration presses was organized and once we had our shoes there was staff ready to escort us to our lane. She explained the hour rule and we were bowling in no time. Setting up the bowlers was super easy and even had an option to add our photos along with our names. Yes I had to do it. Come on look at me. We had a great time and only bowled 2 hours which was more than enough and only waited 5 minutes between lanes. As time progressed the night owls began to flock in and it was loud. Over all the ambiance and music level was perfect. Didn't have to yell for conversation and didn't have to wonder if there was music playing. I passed on the chacha slide. On the second hour of bowling we ordered wings and loaded fries. For a quick snack it did its job but the waiter was horrible. Never got us refills I literally got it myself. The first waiter on the other lane never let my drink finish when another was ready. Big difference same location. First visit to the bathrooms, the trash was over loaded and napkins falling on the floor. But I went back an hour later and it was clean as a whistle. We celebrated our sons 13th birthday here today with 4 of his closest friends and we couldn't be happier with how wonderful it all was!! Lily was an amazing party host and was extremely attentive!! This was our first time at this location and loved it!! They were able to bowl and have lunch on the lane- went into the laser tag , had 2 hours game play, enjoyed having wristbands to be able to go on the skywalk, bowling, laser tag or whatever else they wanted to do!! Amazing facility and fun for all!! Food was good too- chicken strips, sliders, fries and donut holes- unlimited soda refills too! Great day!! Well worth the $ spent to see our new teenager enjoy himself with friends he hasn't been able to be around since March!! read more

After purchasing a gift card, I was not initially told that the credit of the gift card would take 48 hours before becoming valid. However, after talking to the manager, a value equal to the credit was provided at the door for the guests. The manager on call took care of the problem and provided an immediate solution. Worst Customer Service EVERRRRRR, which makes sense as to why they only have 2 1/2 stars. So i go to the bar to grab some water. I'm standing at the damn bar for 10 minutes. This girl, Andrea who is working the bar is completely ignoring me and grabbing guys their beers before me as I've been standing there forever and longer then them. Let's keep in mind I'm here as a mentor and I have a little girl standing next to me, so I keep it classy...okay now I will carry on. I calmly continue to stand there as if I have all the time in the world to waste. She finally looks at me and I'm like can I have a glass of water? She's like umm if you want water you can go next door (to the pizza place) so I'm trying not to get ghetto in front of this little girl and I go next door and wait 5 more minutes to get my water!! IF I wasn't with the little girl, I don't think Andrea knew what she had coming for her. First off, she could of easily given me a glass of water but for whatever reason she chose not to! Idk if it's cuz water is free and she wouldn't of got a tip or she was just in the mood to be rude. Or cuz I'm a female?!!! Idk I'm still beside myself as to why I was refused a glass of water after standing there foreverrrr. Then I go to the manager on duty and I told him what horrible customer service they have. He said he would speak to her, but he also seemed just as clueless. The problem is that everyone who works here is so young and could give two shits about their job. Did not feel like a safe place to let your child wonder around. This place aesthetically looks awesome but it was filled with some interesting characters when we went. We actually had to tell management to move us to a different lane (which they did) because there was a random man who came and sat at our lane and just stared at my family... to make it worst he had a jacket on wearing flip flops with his hands in his pants pocket covered under jacket... it was 100+ degrees outside. We have been to Main event a few times even had my sons birthday there and I never had such an amazing customer experience like today. we went for the Xmas deal $18.99 which is amazing deal and well worth it but while we bowled I noticed there was only one waiter serving the whole bowling area he did such an amazing job taking our order and bringing us the food / drinks in a timely matter and checking in with a great attitude and smile doing sooo. Very disappointed experience. Apparently Home Depot's money was better than ours. We had a small team gathering we arrived about 8 pm and got on the list for bowling. Place is average, food average as any burger joint, nothing special. The biggest rip off is the $22 full pass- the catch is that the arcade games are Not included and a average card to play cost you $57 for 300 credits. The bowing is another rip off. They state a full day pass cost you $ 22 per person. They do not say, you only have 1 full hour of bowling with that. No matter if you consume food or play slow at the lane, the hour is timed. This is so awful , it should've been disclosure on the all day pass ticket. Overall the place is average and expensive for a family of 3. A family of will spend with full day pass cost $22 per person -plus a $50 arcade game drinks food a total of $ 175 dlls. Not a great deal for your money. Unfortunately everything I loved about this place last time sucked this time. Prices are through the roof. Main Event is fun!! They have all they offer: bowling, pool, and arcades. The arcades are so much fun. I have a handicap, and this didn't allow me to play all games. But we did have fun!! Had two very poor experiences at the Main Event. Yesterday my husband took our two children hoping for a fun time. The wait for bowling was 3+ hours so they played games and got food instead. The game play was overpriced, games were loaded and prizes were cheap crap that even a kid wouldn't be excited about. They ordered pizza and pretzel bites. The pretzels were over salted and like chewing rubber. The pizza had the texture and taste of microwaved play doh. Their food is nothing like the pictures. Today, we took our kids hoping for a better experience. We waited the 1.5 hours for bowling and responded yes when they asked if we wanted a server. Keep in mind, you pay by the hour, not by the game, so if you buy an hour you're sure to be cut off in the middle of game two without finishing. That being said, minutes are precious if you want to get your moneys worth. Because we never saw a server for the entirety of our stay (even after going to the counter to ask a second time), I had to go to the bar to get us drinks which wasted another 10 minutes. The blue haired bartender was rude and slow of service. The bumpers didn't work for the first half of the game so our 5 year old got gutter balls and felt defeated no matter how hard he tried, until a worker finally came and fixed them. We left feeling dissatisfied and disappointed. Crap food, crap service. Next time we'll spend our money at Top Golf or Dave & Busters. Hell, Chuck E. Cheese has better service. read more
