This place really sucks only thing good is the games! But when you have to interact with the employees it's the absolute worst service ever! I hate I have to keep going here but my kids love the games other than that we are on the same page about the terrible service! Last visit the guy in the bowling area tried to say I was lying about me and my child shoes being bowling shoes like who tf you think you are for someone to lie to? Also had 2 games he only put one on we had to wait forever for that to get fixed! Ordered the Buffalo chicken sliders that come with fries... the guy that brung out the food tried to argue with me it didn't come with fries even though it's right there on the damn menu!!! My family went here and we got the unlimited game we thought it was and activities but not and we could only play the rainbow parts and when we when for dinner it took 4 minutes the was fine but to get our food was a hour and I didn't get my food and my mom got hers wrong it took a Nother hour and It took 30 minutes for us to get our check and We ask to see the manager and he didn't come and we didn't get Desert because of how long it took so long and the waitress said oh, I'm so sorry. We enjoyed bowling and the arcade. We ordered food while bowling. Service was really slow despite the face that we were there on a Sunday evening and less than half the lanes were in use. When we did get the food it appeared fine, tasted okay, but was way overpriced for what it was. Chicken wings may have been the smallest wings ever. My daughter and I have been sick all evening g since we left. Impossible to know if this was a stomach bug or food related but certainly could have been the food. We will return for bowling and the arcade, but will not eat here again. And just about every transaction is handled by a kiosk. Lots of variety with games at the arcade. All the games were working properly. The problem was the game card stations were not all working so there were long lines to get new cards and to refill cards. Very noisy so if that bothers you bring ear plugs or headphones. The bowling alleys were fun but cramped. The pins are on ropes so it doesn't feel like you can knock the pins down properly but it's still a fun experience. You can even set the bumpers to only come up for a specific person in your group so everyone does not have to play with the bumpers on. The bathrooms were not well kept. All the toilet seat covers were empty. The toilet paper was running out. All but one soap dispenser was working. Same with the paper towels. read more

I don't ever review places I visit but I HAD to make an exception this time around. Wanted to have a fun date night and from reviews and photos it looked promising. Upon visiting, made a bowling reservation (received an estimated 2 hour wait time) and made our way to the restaurant in the building. Sat down, ordered 2 drinks and waters. Our drinks came before our waters, and I received a text confirming our lane was ready after 10 minutes. We quickly ordered our food and waited OVER an hour for boneless wings, and their burger bowl, on top of having to ask for silverware after our food was finally brought out. After asking to speak with a manager, she offered a laughable 10% discount for the entire time and $20 of game cards for a $65 dinner. Thankfully the bowling staff was more helpful, but definitely don't eat here read more

Worst place I've ever been. Waited 40 minutes for a desert they didn't have. They didn't even tell us and let us sit there for 30 minutes and didn't offer to get us anything else. R u serious. Had to ask two separate times to get another refill of water that took a hour? Then the waiter got no dirty dishes or cups and we had to PILE them up at the table. The waitress was a DISASTER. She didn't know what alcoholic drinks were and was very confused when taking wine orders. I ordered a build your own pan pizza, extra cheese/sauce and jalapeños. My 1st pizza that arrived was a flatbread with pepperoni. I sent it back and the 2nd pizza that arrived was essentially cheesy bread with jalapenos. There was NO SAUCE! How is it possible for a waitress to struggle so badly? The training programs in place need to be examined. read more

We had a fantastic time!!! Friday night we were able to dine, without a wait, at 6. Reservations are not required. Great VR games, kid approved Plenty of game options and never had to wait for a game. Price/ticket per game ranged from 5-9.5 on average. VR games were about 17. $40 game card lasted us about 60 minutes for two people. My 10 year old loved cashing in his tokens. He said they had a better selection of prizes than their competitor. Police presence at front door, felt very safe. We did not bowl, but I would definitely like to do that next time as well. Food was typical bar food, nothing fancy. Draft Michelin Ultra was 6.99 - very steep! Servers and bar tenders were all very friendly, professional and attentive. All in all we had a wonderful time and would definitely return. read more

We came here for the first time to celebrate a 21st birthday on 1/3/26. We had fun playing games but once my brother wanted to order a drink we were met with extremely rude bartenders. One gentleman working the bar was asked by my brother if he could order a drink when that man responded with "possibly." And walked away. My grandmother asked the same man what kind of drink he was making for someone next to her, he responded with "a mixed drink." My brother was able to order one drink and when he tried to order a second one his ID was confiscated for over 10 minutes and the bar manager argued with me and and my brother stating his license was fake and demanded we leave. Never tried to scan the ID or would even listen as to why ours may look different (we are from out of state.) needless to say we left gladly and went across the street to top golf where our company was valued and appreciated by great service. We will not return to the main event if this is how they treat customers, and based off of several reviews, this is not a first for your staff. Do better. read more

We have visited a few times, but I'll provide my experience of having my daughter's birthday here in October 2024. Everything was amazing! I made the reservation online and received 3 follow up phone calls to confirm and provide information. On the day, we arrived a little early because I'm used to having to do everything at these types of places. But here I had a party concierge who helped with everything! He set up the party decorations and table setting, offered to get drinks and refills, and was easily accessible if we had questions. There was an initial error in billing that was resolved quickly when I brought it to their attention. I enjoyed how easy everything was and the kids all had a great time! read more

This review would have been better if they stop taking the human component out of customer service. We arrived when the place opened and couldn't get help. When we asked to setup bowling, we were told we needed to go to the kiosk. Fine, however, not everyone in my party needed shoes. I asked would we be charged & the manager said it was an automatic charge but she would credit our game account. She didn't! Then, again, the place was basically empty. We were on lanes 6--no one else was in there. I can't stress this enough. When a family came in, tell me why they put them on lane 7--right next to us. Both my party and the other party were perplexed. I understand that technology is the wave of the future--but when I pay an establishment for entertainment, I don't want to do their jobs. Meanwhile, not everyone is tech savvy and will easily become frustrated. The computer didn't have the correct availability on the lanes and we had to wait for a manager--CSR a few times. read more

Not given the correct price verbally and through email, only noticing it later when they sent the contact over. This was the perfect place for my husband and I to take our preschooler for a fun evening. The venue is large with lots of variety for people of all ages. Whether it be the ease of table/lane side service or games to keep the kids entertained. Lots of food options on the menu for kids and adults. The only complaint would be the reservation system for the VIP lounge. When we arrived, there was a 2 hr wait for a standard lane. But we had the option to pay extra for a lane in the private VIP lounge to get us in faster. We chose this option and got to start bowling an hour and half sooner than if we would've waited for a standard lane. We had about 15-18 minutes left in our lane (in the private lounge). A large party came in with balloons and stuff for a birthday party. We continued to play (in our lane) because our time wasn't up. We had been assigned lane 21. A lady from the party approached us wanting to know if we had booked the room because she had booked the whole room for a private even from 5pm-8pm and it was already 5. We explained to her that we booked a lane in the lounge and only had 15 minutes left, so we would be leaving soon. Not to mention our names were on the screen with our remaining time displayed. She was incredibly pissed and stormed off. It was super uncomfortable and tense, so we decided to just leave even though the time we paid for wasn't up yet. read more

Very clean, considering it just opened. Very friendly staff waiting at the entrance to help you with the kiosks used to purchase cards to play the arcade games or the other activities they have. Haven't tried the food but the bar tender was very quick with service. Arcade games vary from 5 credits to 9.5 credits for higher end games like the VR ones. 25$ gets you around 150 credits. Wide variety of arcade games, many are the most recent iterations or new games that released earlier this year as well as classics like Skee-ball, Ring Toss, and NBA Hoops. The Pump It Up dance game could use some maintenance; I actually tore the sole of my shoe while playing at advanced/high level due to a loose plate held down by screws. The game looks like a newly purchased one so game techs might just need to tighten down the screws a bit. Overall, very pleased with this Main Event. If the food is better than their competitor a few miles away I'll start bringing my kids here instead. read more

This place was the worst ever. Got a bowling lane, ordered 2 old skool margaritas and a strawberry one, first batch took 30 minutes and they tasted like straight juice, 0 alcohol. We asked for replacements and they brought them 25 minutes later and we only had 5 minutes left of our 1 hour game. We cancelled them. Waiter was no where to be seen when we were ready to pay. Asked 4 people and they said "oh she's coming with a manager" we were the ones looking for 15 minutes to pay the F";$&%? Bill. I could've walked out by then and no one would've noticed. Like I'm the one that has to chase to pay my own bill ? Pizza is good, nachos are like gas station nachos, place is very nice just pitiful management. The experience with the events we chose to do was great. The building is setup very well which allows you to be in your area and the ability to still see other areas such as bowling and restaurant. I specifically chose this place because I knew I'd be able to watch the football games there. We went to the restaurant and our server was a polite young man that had been on his third day. I asked him if they could change the channel to the football game he attempted to alert some staff on the change but as I watched them converse they didn't seem the least bit interested about the change which prompted him to come back and say they don't have the station or a "technician" for the change. I would've let it go but the fact that there was a game playing on ESPN the exact same channels they say they didn't have was beyond me. For a $225.00 evening(100.00 arcade 125.00 meal) I expected more for my experience. The food was mediocre but my server was cool. They need more people like him because he understands customer service. read more
