Today 6/22/26 (9:30-11:30am), the summer camp I work for went for a field trip. We were in Bays 201-204. Not only was it a safe and fun experience, I have to give the best review of customer service. I know large groups of kids can be a lot and sometimes we make messes. Our servers and employees were the nicest, most welcoming and accommodating and deserve a big hug for all they did to make our day feel special! We even needed maintenance to come fix a glitch and our server came and explained everything and asked what she could do to help in the meantime. I will be back soon with friends and family! We had an excellent birthday celebration for my birthday with 8 attendees in two bays and age range from 22 to 94 years old. five of us were under 30, two in the 60's range and one 86 and one 94 and there was fun for all of us. Two bays is a two hour minimum. We chose one of their "feasts" for our lunch food choice, which was 6 slider burgers, 18 wings (2x flavors) and a pound of fries. We got two of these at $65 each and had enough for two lunches left over the next day, probably along with a snack or two from the leftovers. The service from Emma as our primary server was great and she had good help from the friendly Bobby. We played 2-3 games of golf. Four of us had our own clubs. Others used the clubs provided. Some of us were golfers and some were not golfers at all, but everyone had fun. The wings were very good and a surprise that they were so good. The slider burgers also were very good. After this experience, and since it is 1.2 miles to my home. I'm signing up for the summer pass for $180 for two hours per day of play, 10% off food and five guests within restricted hours, such as open to 5PM weekdays, but hey, I'm newly retired and can do that. Plus, comfortable seating and climate control is appreciated and adult beverages are available if one wishes to partake. The only caution is to tip on the food and beverage amount and it is not considered necessary to tip on the game play charges. We had a blast! read more

A sports bar with bays that can accommodate up to 8 people. We were a party of 10 so four of us sat apart from the rest of our group, so a bit fragmented experience. Ambiance: casual, service so so, food came, asked for napkins, napkins came, asked for silverware, silverware came. I guess, none of those are priorities. In food: ordered queso with chips, chicken tenders, farm fresh flatbread and a chicken sandwich. Queso, the best I have tasted, fries and tater tots seemed like the frozen kind, chicken sandwich was received well; remixed sodas were ok, farm fresh flatbread: cauliflower crust really loaded with veggies but also floating in oil, big turn off. We had reserved a spot, and we drove from Lauren's all the way here. It was me who is 19 and 2 guys who are 18 and then my brother who is 14. We got there and got to our spot and this worker had been looking at us then walked over. He asked how old my brother was and i told him and he said that people 15 and younger have to have someone who is 21 and older to be there. Well, we didn't have someone who was 21 or older and we couldn't get anybody to come. They told us if we couldn't get anyone who was 21 or older here in 10 minutes then my brother would have to leave the premises. We all ended up leaving because he would have nowhere to go and would have to go sit in the car. We were beyond mad. Staff is friendly, fast, and attentive. I visited this location twice in one week, both times we had a group of 4-5 people. Such a great activity for all ages! The food was great finger food options. The drinks were good as well. I appreciated that when our pitcher of beers were placed on the table, the pitchers had a cold metal in the middle to keep our pitcher cold. Booking is easily done online, which is how we reserved our bags. I did find it a bit troublesome when I tried to adjust my reserved time for 30mins later (which was literally 10 mins after I booked online) , but when I spoke to someone on the phone they said I would have to cancel my whole reservation and book a new one. I ended up sticking to my original time, but it was a slight bummer that I wasn't able to just have assistance with pushing my slot back 30mins when before I booked it the time would have been available anyways. read more

The service, staff, and overall experience here were honestly 5-star. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the visit enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food is a completely different story. While the food actually tasted great at the time, I ordered the chicken nachos and wings, and later got severe food poisoning along with a gastrointestinal illness. I was sick for 5 days straight and missed Easter as a result. A friend of mine who also ate the wings got sick as well. That's not a coincidence. Because of how long I waited, I didn't pursue legal action, but I will never eat at this location again. I strongly recommend avoiding the chicken wings here. read more

Front desk staff was not welcoming and only marginally helpful yesterday around 11:30 am, so that situation could be improved. ‍ Had a great time with the game I chose, a round at Pebble Beach. The sensors didn't seem to pick up any of my "putts," which at TopGolf are actually chips; this was hard on my score and moderately annoying. ‍ Golf clubs are provided for no extra charge, and include standard woods, a couple hybrids, and even-numbered irons with a PW. Club quality is adequate, and not having to bring clubs is a very nice feature here. Great golfing and group outing experience. Simply put it's a driving range with a bar attached. Various holes with automated scoring makes it more like darts with golf. Areas are rented by the hour. Less than four people an hour is enough. Add 15 minutes for each additional player feels about right. Just remember that while one is hitting the rest are socializing and drinking. Our $78 area fee for 90 minutes quickly turned to $240 once the bar bill arrived. Yes, we had a good time! This facility did not have the top tracer technology that some others do. read more

Stopped in TopGolf on the opening weekend. The crowd was smaller than anticipated. We did not partake of the golf, but we had a drinks and snacks. The facility is large with huge large screen TV's, full service bars, food and three floors of outside golf bays. The 20 foot TV screen will have captive audiences during the college football season. Each golf bay includes tables and seating for drinks and snacks, an automated ball delivery system, automated scoring system and a turf hitting area. For the more serious golfers, the far wall is about 205 yards, with several shorter yardage targets. 205 yards is chump change for big hitters, but no worries. No one had launched a ball over the towering perimeter fencing. TopGolf is not at all about real practice or serious golf. It is instead about gathering with good friends, throwing back some brews, telling lies and simply having fun and trying to hit (land) on a couple of the large greens. I did not note any mid-low handicappers during my visit. I did see bays of people of various skill levels laughing at their occasional total misses, death slices or dribbles and cheering their occasional solid straight hits. TopGolf is about camaraderie and just chilling. Leave your clubs at home. Each covered bay has more clubs than you'll ever need. The employees are super attentive and helpful. The food is better than what you might expect at a recreational golf facility. I can say with confidence that the steak nachos are awesome! I did not sample the burgers, but they looked yum. The drink and food service is prompt. If you're thinking of a typical driving range, make a paradigm shift. Each hitting bay costs approximately $40 an hour and varies based on time of day, day of week, etc. So if you're planning on quality alone time while working on your mid irons, you might look at some of the more dedicated golf ranges. If you're seeking social golf, food, fun and courteous service, TopGolf should be at the top of your list. Hit'em straight! read more

Pretty cool place! It might seem pricey but it's worth it IMO. Great score keeping system, pretty decent clubs are provided and everything is very well maintained. The check in is at the main level with a cool bar area off to the right. There are three levels of tees and all have plenty of room for up to 6 people per lane. Service was excellent with helping out with machines and food/ drink service. Food was a bit pricey but I thought very good. This was our first visit and we loved it! We booked our reservation online, checked in, and waited for them to text us that our table was ready. When we got our table, we were introduced to our waiter. She was GREAT! I have not yet came across with someone who is personable and friendly in Greenville, SC. But, she was amazing! Her name was Valentina. As far as the experience, I thought it was awesome and fun. With it being our first time Valentina walked us through the process. We went in the evening which means it's more expensive per 1hr. But, it was worth the 47hr an hr. You are able to extend your time as you go. Food was great too! I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich with fries and my daughter got the chicken strips and fries. You wait forever for an open bay even though there are several today's excuse was they are waiting for servers to open their section. How is that my fault? 2. Drinks and food is extremely overpriced 3. The staff "tries" to be friendly and usually does a good job of it but consistently I always seem to have issues with something. 4. It's been awhile since I had so much fun. We went out on a Managers outing and had a blast. None of us were golfers but that is fine since Top Golf really aims at the aspect of just hitting a few balls and having fun. There are several variations but the main game "Top Golf" has you hitting the balls into the flagged circle areas. The closer you are to the hole the higher the score is on that swing. You just take turns until about 20 rounds and highest score wins. But like I said there are other games that you can play that switch up the scoring. But we jus let stuck to Top Golf mode. We had a personal server that kept bringing us food and drinks that we ordered. The Golf Bag drink we had can be shared by 2 people. I believe we had the Citrus Cabana. Very good! We had the backyard wings, chicken/steak/quesadillas, and the flatbread pizza which were all delicious. If you get bored you can go to the shop downstairs, play some foozball on the 2nd level, or cool down at the bars inside on every floor. But really at the end of the day it was just about having a good time nothing serious. So this is a great way to hang out with friends or do a corporate outing. A company outing means VIP treatment, which includes a pretzel charcuterie board. The pretzel was quite large and the fruit was fresh, the meat was a bit salty, and the cheese was tasty. I wouldn't say that the VIP package is worth it, unless you have a super special event planned or a work outing. Asian sesame chicken - These boneless wings were tasty, but small for the cost. I figure there's an up charge for the convenience of eating here while playing games. Great place to have fun, hang out. Bars are great with biggest TV screens ever. Food is really good. Try the beef or chicken. Nachos. I wouldn't bother bringing your clubs, the TG cavity backs aren't bad. Chipped balls fly shorter so you need a few to calibrate distances from normal golf. Only thing I'm not a fan of is the hygiene aspect, touching clubs and then getting food with no utensils and sometimes no napkins. Would be smart of them to have hand sanitizer in the bays or on the wall behind. 6 in a bay is tough to finish a game in an hour. Get 1.5-2 hours or have only 4-5 people. Ugh, what can I say about this place? Pros: Good food, good service, top of the line feel The waitress and the people who work here are pretty nice and genuine. The food is really good, just hella pricey! A beer is about $6, like if you were drinking downtown, which is ridiculous. The place is really amazing to look at.
