Terrible location, don't come here if you actually want to bowl. Hardly any ball sizes are available so the ball is either too small or too heavy. Some of the balls are actually sharp in the holes and I skinned my thumb bowling here for less than an hour. The lane stopped working twice because of the bad pin reset system and wasted 15 minutes of our time. Awful experience don't waste your money or time with this garbage.

Great place for a family outing or a date night. Went out with friends ans our kids and had a blast. Can be pricey but check out there website and make plans, they have a lot of specials. There are lots of games, make sure you get reservations for bowling - it was a 2 hr wait so we didn't get to do that but we ate plates games, they have laser tag and well as a mins games escape room. The restaurant was just ok, we'll probably skip that next time honestly and eat beforehand. Our waiter, Ace was awesome though, we went on a very hectic night and they were short handed, he took good care of our group and have a very positive attitude despite how his first day had been going. He made It a pleasant experience and had the right attitude the whole night. Definitely going to be coming back here with our kids.

What a great entertainment spot for Greenville to enjoy!! They have everything from a fully stocked arcade with almost every game you can think of, escape rooms, laser tag and bowling! Not to mention they have multiple bars and a wonderful restaurant that prepares dynamite food which I'll get to in a moment. Ample parking is available for this large venue. This is a great spot for parties, work gatherings, birthdays or any celebration or family fun day imaginable. My family of 9 went for bowling on a busy day after Christmas. We were told it would be a 30 minute wait for two lanes and they kept right to that schedule. We did not call ahead or have reservations and were fine waiting as we went straight to the bar. The bar is full service with wine, liquor and beer and you can take your drinks to the bowling lane if they call you earlier than expected. They have a great selection of craft beer, large TVs displaying sports games and tons of table top space to accommodate the crowds. Once we got to our bowling lane which was in the elite room (semi private used for event space I believe) we were greeted with a waiter for more drink and food service. The service was great, constant and friendly. The food was absolutely fantastic. This is not your standard bowling alley fare! I would say this is a wonderful restaurant that happens to have bowling lanes. We ordered a little of everything: pizza, mozzarella sticks, quesadillas, loaded tots, and fries. Everything was delicious but the loaded tots really stood out! Pics included! Highly recommend this place and check out their daily specials for discounts and the best way to maximize your time!

This was such a fun day! We came here because a neighbor was having a birthday party. We arrived to a very cool building off woodruff rd (but with backroads so you can avoid the traffic) with plenty of parking. When we got inside we were greeted with smiles (behind masks) social distancing spots for the line to pay. We got our sanitized bowling shoes and made our way into a private bowling ~elite~ room with 10 private lanes. This was so nice to have! Music played, fancy disco lights and strobe light options. Each lane lit up in difference colors with 2 HUGE projector screens playing football. We had private servers who took our food orders and brought us drinks flowing (kids you bowl, momma gonna have an adult drink). They had a full menu to choose from, along with a real restaurant inside the event center. After the bowling games the kids led us to the arcade where we whooped their butts in some airhockey & driving games. (They had loads of other games too!) We also got to play a game of laser tag which was a hoot! We decided we will be back next weekend and ready for a neighborhood battle in laser tag (the perfect game to social distance!)

My family of 4 has been here 2x now and it was a blast both times. Both visits were Saturday nights, and it was never a problem moving around and getting to games that we wanted to play. Everything felt clean and well-maintained and made for some really fun memories.

Fun time with the family, summer kids bowl free makes very affordable! The arcade is just enough for a fun time without breaking the bank.

Second, my organization was charged $366 for 3 people to bowl for about 75 minutes. I was fine with paying the deposit of $188 for the 3 people to bowl, but then I was charged an additional $188. Included in the charges was a line expense for extra shoes and a service charge of 60$. We did not order any food. In fact, the one guy who did purchase food bought from the bar and generously tipped the bartender. I reserved the space for a potential group of 30 ppl. My org provides free events for people who are in recovery from substance use disorder. All events are FREE to team members with 48hrs of sobriety. Sometimes we have 30 ppl show up, and sometimes we have 3 ppl attend our events. That's why I bought the Groupons, so that we cld use however many we needed. Like I said, I was happy to pay the $188 to reserve the space . I get needing to staff and reserve space for a group. I am complaining about the extra charges for food service, the refusal to honor a Groupon, and the price gouging. There were a total of 9ppl in the bowling alley. 3 were staff. We came at a slow time when the guy at the counter told me, "no one is usually here at 5:30pm. You shld be fine to just show up." I wanted to make sure we had space in case we DID have 30ppl show up, so I called the manager and paid the deposit. I thought it was expensive, but I wanted to try a new spot and to do business with them because it looks like a cool place. BAD DECISION on my part ‍. I was in the service industry for over 30 years. I still am in many aspects. This is BAD BUSINESS.This is not the way to interact with your community! No wonder the place is always empty and they've turned to Groupon to generate business. As far as needing to staff for the event, there were 3 staff in the bowling alley. A bartender, a counter person, and a food runner. I'm not sure who was in the kitchen, but I told the manager we did not need food. We were scheduled form 5:30-7:30pm. When no one showed, the few who were there bowled for about an hour. That's A LOT of bowling alone- after an hour they were done. We did not even stay the 2 hours we reserved. It looks like a nice place! The staff were nice. My only complaint is the manager overcharging. We will go to Wade Hampton Lanes where it is $175 or $225 for 30 ACTUAL people to bowl for 2 hours. We have this bowling event every other month. Had mgr not charged $366 for 3ppl, we might have been back and told people how cool the place was. There's a reason Wade Hampton Lanes is always full and has been here in our community for my whole life. Stone Pin won't last much longer in this community with business practices like this. Again, I am fine to pay $188 for 3 people to bowl. We had a small crowd, and I get that it costs to staff etc. But to charge a nonprofit or anyone $366 for 3 people is ridiculous! Chase Business said the same thing when I called to tell them what happened. A pass for 4 ppl to bowl for an hour on Groupon was less than 10$- additional charge for shoes for 3ppl 12$. I shld have just showed up with the Groupons I bought instead of calling ahead....or better yet just stayed with Wade Hampton Lanes or AMF. Shame on you Stone Pin Bowling!

Ours Balls continuously got stuck, over and over and over again. If I had to estimate how many times. I'd say not less than 20-30 times on lane 29 and also the lane next to us, or lane 30 were having the same or similar issues. Then to top that off. In most instances. It took 3, 5-10 or more minutes each time to get our balls back, so for us. It's doubtful we actually bowled 1 hour, while paying for two hours. After probably the 8 time going back and forth to desk to ask for help on ball return. I asked the young man with the beard if he could at least accommodate or add an extra 30 minutes due to the abnormal number of balls not being returned? He replied by saying that " he had been bowling for years and that this was NORMAL" which I quickly responded by saying "I had been bowling for longer" and it's not normal at all. I didn't say this to him, but I'm 60+ years old and have bowled in numerous leagues near Greenville, also other cities, states, and even countries and to date. I can say without a doubt. I have never seen so many balls get stuck! This was terrible!! It's obviously a maintenance issue and it need to be fixed! Do not waste you time at this bowling alley.
