Came in recently for an afternoon of corporate team building and passed a great few hours at this Main Event location. We had a private room to ourselves and after sitting our things down we made the trek to the laser tag course. After a few sweat inducing rounds of competitive laser tag we spent the rest of the afternoon back in our private room enjoying cocktails, lunch, and each other's company. We shared multiple appetizers (all were tasty) and I enjoyed one of their pizzas as my entree before getting diabetes from sharing their ultimate sunday dessert with the rest of my table. Main Event truly has something for everyone - new and classic arcade games, a bowling alley, laser tag, a fully loaded bar, kitchen and more. We went to a birthday party for my son's friend, and it was such a blast! They started the party off with bowling, then moved on to arcade games and laser tag. They also did that one thing that looks like zip lining. They did it all! The kids enjoyed mini cheeseburgers, and my husband grabbed us some margaritas. They were frozen but melted quickly--so I had to drink mine fast! Place was clean and enjoyed the bowling games! Servers were very courteous and friendly during our organization fun meeting. Enjoyed the 2 hrs unlimited bowling. However, I was not too impressed with their food! The various pizzas with toppings came inside their metal basket, all crumpled up inside! Couldn't even tell the toppings, unless you pic one up and see what was on it. The spicy chicken nuggets or whatever it was, came dried and cold. It had one of those things that can keep the food hot or at least warm but that was never turn on. The only thing I ate, after tasting their pizza was the salad. We like having parties here. Price is reasonable for 10 kids and I bring my own cake and table decorations. I use the ME party gift bags even though they are not my favorite. Definitely use the 10% off coupon they give you for the day of. Make sure to ask for them to wipe down the chairs. Those seem to be always dirty. Prize room is a hit or miss. Kids love the laser tag. I like the sundae over the cotton candy Shirley for the kids. Both are over the top with surgery additions, but most didn't like the Shirley last time. read more

Came at opening, mid-week while on a mini San Antonio getaway. WE LITERALLY HAD THE ENTIRE PLACE TO OURSELVES! It was fabulous. We bought a 1-hour arcade card for $20. With this type of card, we don't earn points for prizes but allows the kids to play as many games as possible. We literally bought 1 card and was able to use it for everyone! Occasionally we would try to swipe it too soon after it was swiped and would have to wait for a few seconds. No big deal. Didn't try any other activity. Facility looked clean. Didn't try the food. Well it was a fun Tuesday night when we went out with friends to dinner. On Tuesdays kids eat free when adults buy a meal. So a win for our family of four. Service was ok, you can tell the restaurant isn't the priority when you're part of an arcade and bowling alley. But we were with friends so we weren't so worried. I haven't been here in years, but had a little get together here this evening and besides the food, everything was OK. I literally ordered chicken strips and the fried pickles you are supposed to get a text notification when your food is ready. I never got it after half an hour. I went to go find out that my food has just been sitting there. Not only was the food cold at that time, but the fried pickles were super salty, and the chicken strips were literally like chicken fingers very disappointed. I did speak to the staff and the young lady who did help me was very professional. However, to sell food like that is unacceptable. I found out that I was not the only person that happened to and just along the chicken strips should not be on the menu that could not even feed a small child again the worker who helped me agreed not really going to return here read more

As I observed, our host went around taking beverage orders from every parent in the group--except me. Kind of dirty sticky floors, pool area is very congested and right by the kitchen and bar so it makes it hard to enjoy a good game of pool. The floors are really really sticky and almost every surface that we touched like the table and booth was really sticky or dirty. also a lot of the games were either broken or would take the credit from our play card and we had to report it multiple times to the employees working the prize shop which was also extremely busy and only one person working. May 26, 2025 was such an unpleasant outing experience. So many issues/mistakes that the Sales Manager (last name , Stephen's) allowed everyone to dragged their feet. Our host disappeared alittle upon arrival after complaining about them giving the PAID room to another customer whom we learned DID NOT pay for it. They dragged their feet on everything!!!! We had to ask for cups, napkins, when the food was coming out, & trash bins. To top it off the Sales Manager confronted my daughter in an unprofessional way just for asking for her name. So feedback....I love Main Event, but this time, there were some errors made by the kitchen staff. I give props to our waiter "Gideon" who took our orders. I did not check his work to make sure he got it right but I trustvin his skills. First, I ordered the "House Salad" with balsamic vinaigrette. What do I get delivered to me by another waiter who acted like we should serve the food ourselves. My salad was slathered evenly with "Ranch" dressing instead....no biggie, Ranch is always good but it wasn't what I asked for. Next, one of our party ordered a cheese burger and it was not fully cooked. It was rare on the inside. Managers need to step up their game with supervision. Update: There was a communication difficulty in the beginning, but someone called to apologize and get everything worked out. They were very friendly! We had an amazing experience hosting a birthday party for my 13-year-old at Main Event! They called a week prior to okay the schedule with us. Our party host, Madeleine, was on top of everything and made sure we had everything we needed. The food was great too. We did the Ultimate Gamer package. Just know the kids do have a limit on tickets they can earn with this package, but they can combine them. Madeleine even let my husband and I bowl even though it wasn't included. This is the third time we have been to this particular location. It is always dirty . No matter what time you go the bathrooms are extremely dirty , the bathroom stall doors , floors and sinks. When I let someone know it was dirty all they did was sweep up the toilet paper from the floor. The first time we went we got Covid then we went on the 8th and the next morning my son and husband got sick again and they now have flu A. If the management staff can be diligent on requiring the team members to clean areas with antibacterial wipes every 30 minutes to an hour that would really help . And if someone could do a deep clean in the bathrooms once every hour. We spend so much money there , we should have a clean place to go with our families. read more

It was our first time to this location. We went for bowling. 6 adults and a toddler. It was clean and staff was friendly. We had trouble with one of our lanes and they came right away and fixed it in the back since the reset wasn't working. After bowling we hung around the arcade a bit for my son to try some games. It's my first time today to Main Event. Our fun committee from work organized for us to spend the morning here for our team event. We had unlimited bowling, laser tag, gravity ropes, pool and shuffleboard. Not sure if anyone tried the gravity ropes. We each were given a $10 card to play at the arcades as well. The bowling was fun. What was funny were the videos of the players played in between frames. A bunch of us played the laser tags. I wasn't too good since this is only my second time ever to play. I played one round of pool and just watched coworkers play the shuffleboard. I talked with one of my coworkers who helped organize it with Main Event. He felt that the staff were fair and wanted to work with him. When 2 coworkers weren't able to join last minute, Main Event offered to provide coffee and iced tea to us. The only time we seem to visit a Main Event is for a kid's birthday party, and this review will reflect those visits. I'd probably give this a 4.5 if I had the option. We had our son's birthday party here that included 20+ kids from the age of 5 to 12, and the party went off without a hitch. Jose our party attendant was very attentive, and quick to handle our requests. They kept the party moving and on schedule, and my son and his friends/family had a terrific time. It was nice that the adults really just had to sit back and let the party unfold. Kids had an hour of bowling, an hour for food/cake, played 2 rounds of laser tag, then got pre loaded cards for gaming. A good time was had by all. Was ok for the kids. We arrived around 11:30am 11/27/22. They had plenty employees, all employees where great minus two. The two they had working the rope climb area did not seem like they wanted to be at work today. The male was in the ticket redeem shop and looked bothered that kids wanted to use climb area. The female had the same attitude. Bowling was fun and when we had issues they helped us fast. Employees in the bowling area are helpful and nice. Laser tags was also a great experience for the kids. Had my daughters birthday party here. I was very impressed. The hostess Salma was very attentive and thorough. We got there early so she was quick to give us a place to put our items while we waited. When it was time, she got the kids over to the shoes area and they got their bowling shoes. She then took us over to the lanes and we played while she got their good ready at the table. We ordered the sliders with fries and a couple of large pizzas for the adults. She gave us a separate table for the adults, and got the kids their drinks ahead of time.
