Absolutely Disappointing - Not Worth the Money We visited Main Event in Webster with our family of five and spent over $300 between wristbands, food, and game cards--and the experience was absolutely awful. The food was just okay, nothing to justify the high prices, Bowling was fine, but nothing special. The mini golf area smelled terrible, and to top it off, there was literally a sign telling guests to grab their own equipment because the employees were "too tired." They were out of scorecards, which are just basic printer paper, and when my son tried to find one to keep score, a teen employee told us they "didn't have enough for everyone." No one was working the desk--again, "too tired." On top of that, multiple arcade games were broken or out of order, and the staff--almost all teenagers--were rude, unhelpful, and clearly didn't care. The whole place felt neglected and poorly managed. There are plenty of other entertainment options in Webster that are cleaner, friendlier, and better maintained. This place has seriously gone downhill. We will not be back, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Main Event Webster should be embarrassed to charge these prices for such a disappointing experience.

I really recommend going to Main Event for anyone who's new to the area or just want to look for someplace fun. When you walk in you're surrounded with pool tables, bowling alley, and arcade games, they also the have mini golf and laser tag so there's something to do for everyone. They also have a wide variety of foods, I got the flatbread pizza which was delicious but could be a bit crisper and the mozzarella planks were cheesy and delicious and our server was nice and kept checking on us to see if we needed anything. Really recommend it here for people who want a bit of fun this summer or anytime during the year.

Great indoor family fun! Or adult-only fun! I've been to "official" birthday parties here and unofficial where everyone pays their own games but the host may buy some food. Fun to let the kids go wild. Especially with the options of

Here Celebrating Steve's birthday!!!! This location is in a "spicy" side of town. Yk there's always fighting in the Baybrook mall so I was apprehensive on coming to this location. I was pleasantly surprised. The prices were very reasonable. The food options were surprisingly good!! I wish I got the giant mega ice cream Sunday just to flex on some folks. The laser tag was a lot of fun ! I know you aren't allowed to run, but I really wanted to. The mini golf course was very cute!! The music was jumping in this place. "Not like us" was banging in there. We were getting down during mini golf. Bowling is bowling lol we are very competitive. I loved it. I didn't feel like there was as many options as their competitors, but it was a blast. I 100% recommend their margarita flights. They are like $15 and the watermelon one was hitting. I loved them all though! Also they make a mean Mai Thai. All in all I'd be back for some adult fun! None of us have children, but we all had a blast.

Do something with family or do it with friends. This a great place to do it as we celebrated a birthday here and it was great. Customer service is grade A. Really can say much more other than from the Hostess at the door to seating are for the party it pretty awesome, there is a time schedule for everything planned for your event, you basically get your own host to keep everything on track. So, thank you and definitely look forward to coming back and of course bowling. Thanks again! Until the next one, Bye-Bye!

One stop shop when it comes to date night and fun filled activities! I come from the Bay Area California and what they say about Texas - everything is bigger when in Texas, it is true! They got everything when it comes to a fun arcade venue! Like having a mini golf in a venue, is a tough amenity to be with bowling, pool tables and laser tag! Add on the arcades area and this is superb! My fiancé and I opted for the Monday evening special where you can do all of the activities for about $25! The bowling shoes for rent is not included, but we saw that as a tip! What a deal for all these activities! We tried all of them and was exhausted near midnight. Treasured and memorable spot!

The place was packed and there was a line of people waiting - I knew that was a good sign! The line moved fast and the staff were like worker bees - everybody getting the tables cleaned, people seated and orders taken with in minutes of sitting down. Mary the Manager never missed a beat - she was making it all happen and made it look effortless - with a smile on her face. Our server SAL was top notch, explained everything on the menu that I drilled him about - really painted a picture of what the items was all about, helped me with making a selection! Give that kid a Gold Star - he is my server for life at Red OAK. He took care of us with a smile and quick service, what a shining star they got when they hired him! Now for the food - mercy is all I can say - the biscuits were out of this world - flaky, fluffy and fabulous! I got the Breakfast special and everything on the plate was perfect - the bacon was nice and crisp, hash browns were golden and egg really over easy - cooked to perfection. THE Pancakes - eyes rolling back in head - the biggest, fluffy golden brown things you have every seen and the syrup came in a glass carafe that warm syrup was an extra special touch. The coffee was their own brand and the flavors were Pecan and Cinnamon, very smooth, and very hot and refilled often. Do yourself a favor and go to Red Oak Cafe in League City on Main Street and ask for Sal and get ready for a great expericence and excellent food and service! I live in Woodlands Tx and will drive 60 miles again to eat at this place!

I've been wanting to try Main St. Bistro, so when my sister suggested it for Easter, I was down. We had a party of 7 (5 adults, 2 kids). We got there around 1:00 on Easter Sunday & didn't have to wait long even though it was busy. A man took our drink order. My brother-in-law asked to go ahead & order two appetizers. Our waitress, Natalie, came shortly after, introduced herself & confirmed the appetizers. We were brought 4 small cubes of banana bread, which felt weird since there were 7 of us. My toddler & my niece both had a whole one. The other two were split between 4 adults. My brother-in-law didn't have any. The appetizers came out fairly quickly & were gone just as fast. We finally ordered right at 2:00 after a little wait & indecisiveness. Then my son was done sitting in a highchair. My husband and brother-in-law took the kids outside. They played for a bit & walked two laps around the whole strip center. They came back, still no food. My son had a complete meltdown since he was both hungry & now tired, my brother-in-law asked if there was any way they could just rush my son's food. They did and he started eating, everyone was so hungry that they had some bites of his food as well. My mom went to ask the manager if our food was close to being ready. The answer was no, there was a whole list of orders ahead of ours. The manager was kind enough to bring us some spinach dip & apologized for the wait, explaining she was dreading today because the kitchen wasn't equipped for the Easter crowd. She assured us that they were working as fast as possible & we appreciated her honesty & effort. My mom went to her car & asked us to let her know when her food came. Our food finally started arriving at 3:17, and not all at once. My sister's meal came last. By this time my son was done & was getting restless while we had JUST started eating. The food itself was disappointing. My sister and I both ordered Benedicts. Mine (Boudin Benny) wasn't hot and was mushy instead of seared. Both of our poached eggs were undercooked. My sister's also had a large amount of cream cheese that wasn't listed and didn't taste good. Other issues: my mom's fries were cold, my brother-in-law said his chicken fried steak was no good. He ate it because he was hungry, and while my husband liked his sandwich & was happy with it, his fries were cold. My niece enjoyed her burger. My son's shrimp, fries, & macaroni were all hot and good... likely because they were rushed for him. It was 3:45 by the time we left. They close at 3. We received a 40% discount, but there was also a 20% automatic gratuity added, which some in our party didn't expect. Here's where they earn stars back... Natalie was great! She took great care of us & kept apologizing for the delay. We could tell that she felt bad, but it was not her fault. The manager also came by checking on us multiple times & got us settled as best she could. She brought us spinach dip while we waited & she made sure that my toddler got food very quickly after being asked about it. She did thank us multiple times for our kindness & patience. As did Natalie. I too, was appreciative of the kindness they showed us. Most of us have all worked in food service before & we understand that the wait staff can only do so much. We also understand being slammed in the kitchen & how fast paced they have to work in order to handle rushes. I appreciate the 40% discount... 20% after the tip. This review was based on one trip & I will update my review if/when I return. But this visit was definitely not a great experience & if it weren't for the kindness, I'd be leaving one star.

They don't have that anymore, but they should definitely bring it back because it was *chef's kiss* fantastic!
