I decided to give Reeds Jenss a shot and it was the last jewelry store I stepped in to. I was greeted by Shannon H and after 5 minutes felt very comfortable. Shannon knew when I told her what I was looking for, I wasn't just looking for a diamond and setting. I described a couple different settings and she knew that a custom setting was what I needed. Usually custom means a premium above the settings in the display case, but that was actually not the case to my surprise. I was able to see every step throughout the process of creating my setting and then the final product. When it came to the diamonds they were second to none, the quality was just impeccable. I thought the couple jewelry stores back home (Saratoga) were going to have amazing quality which to my surprise was not the case. I even looked at the online options (since you know todays day and age) but I found out that even if you know the specs you want you still need to physically see the diamonds in person. Reeds again blew me away and came priced close to all online sites while also showing me the cleanest, clearest & highest quality diamond (with and without the microscope) that I had seen from all of the stores. Ultimately, I felt like I was at home with friends when I was in Reeds and Shannon was able to answer my hundreds of questions (unlike some experiences you may have). She was just as excited for my proposal and couldn't wait to hear about it once we returned from our trip. Everything went smoothly and my now fiancée couldn't believe everything after I told her. Reeds is by far the best jewelry store, I would highly recommend especially when it comes to your engagement. Don't let the size of Reeds fool you, its not a big box store.
