Don't use Apple Maps - it'll take you to an unmarked building on Broadway and Gardena Blvd. I went here on my lunch break the other day and was third in line. The technician was waving the 2nd car in, but they were busy having a mini family reunion in the parking lot and completely ignored him. He gave them the courtesy of a about 5-10 mins and then just decided to wave me thru instead since they were being oblivious to the world around them. Service was remarkably quick! I will be back here for my next smog check! I called to see if an appointment was needed and the guy on the phone said no and I could go now, if I wanted. He gave me a price quote over the phone, and I was on my way. It was nearby, and there was plenty of places to park. Right as I pulled up the guy I had spoken to on the phone said I could pull my car up already. I was so happy that was so quick! He was so nice and customer service was great. There was a seating area in the back with an umbrella for shade. I only waited about 15 minutes tops. He sent the certificate to the DMV for me for registration. I paid what was quoted on the phone, not any more, and it was a great price. I appreciated the amazing service and highly recommend this place. Thanks so much! read more

I was blown away by how fast and courteous my experience was at Main Smog. I drove straight into the shop and was greeted by ED, I waited for less than 4 minutes. By the time I got out of my car and sat in his waiting area, I signed the form and my test was completed in minutes. Fast service. Almost no wait time. I would've done 5 stars, but I got charged more than I should've been. I did the check in thru Yelp. Which gives you a 10 discount. According to the yelp ad regular price is 50 for cars 2000 and newer. With discount it comes down to 40 out the door. My cars total was 60, with yelp check in he gave me 10 off. So I payed the regular 50 price for cars 2000 and newer. Website or yelp never mentioned anything about 8 cylinder cars been more. It says 40 total with check-in discount for 2000 and newer. I just wish I would've gotten my yelp discount. I recommend someone and they payed 40 out the door, they had 2000 and newer but it was 6 cylinder. I can only assume I was charged more because of my car been 8 cylinder. Overall I would recommend this shop to friends and family, I would just advice them to check the price they are been charged. read more

Definitely the fastest and easiest smog check experience ever. Ed was very responsive through the yelp messaging feature and even remembered our conversation when i stopped in.
