I went in and was greeted and asked if I had a reservation which I did not. I asked do you take walk ins and the young man said yes. He asked my name and was extremely engaging. He took great care to detail and when I was done I couldn't have been happier. I had just moved into the area and was delighted to find them. As I was told earlier reservations were the easiest way to get service. However, they would welcome walk ins if you did have one. He gave me a business card As promised. Thanked me for coming in and I know this will be my go to shop in the Fall River area. Oh and did I say I was quite pleased with the haircut.

There is no one designated to answer phone calls or a website/app to schedule appointments. If you call, it's hit or miss that a barber will answer the call. On the building, it says Walk-Ins are welcome but it doesn't feel that way. There aren't enough barbers available to handle a Walk-In it seems. Be prepared to wait an hour or more or be told that the few barbers are busy for the day if you stroll in. It seems that they need to remove appointments to handle walk-ins. One day, I came in as a walk-in when two barbers were present and working. I politely waited while no one spoke to me. One barber finished and said nothing to me. I figured he would call me. I waited 30 min (now up to 45min) and said, "Are you taking any customers today?" And he said, "My next appointment will be here any minute." The other barber (still working) said he could squeeze me in before his next appointment. "Unbelievable!!", I thought. How can you not tell a walk-in that there's a 1 hour+ wait? Or how can you wait 30 min and not ask the walk-in what he needs? At some point you should prioritize a walk-in over a very late appointment. Just unprofessional at times. I felt like a chump that day.
