Was afraid to exit my car in case the machine started up. Finally got out and opened rear door. Lady behind me was on the phone to business office. I talked to the man on the phone and he told me no one was there to help me. I asked how I would get my money back and he said he would send it to me. He didn't ask for my info so I gave it to him after asking him if he wanted it. He didn't sound very positive not even asking my name or phone number. It has been over a week and I still haven't received my money. I will persist on this matter as I paid for a service I did not receive. I will also find another car wash. Another person has told me she had the same experience with no money being returned. I will also spread the word about how I was treated.

I am a big fan of self-service car washers with the rinse pressures, soap, and all of that. This facility has 7 dedicated bays for individual vehicles to occupy and wash. What I like is the dedicated bays as you do not feel rushed when washing your car. I know other car washes have two cars per bay so this is really nice for those wanting to take more time to wash and dry their car. Pricing is $3 for ~4 minutes so not too bad and it takes credit card / coins so most payment methods are accepted. I am happy to have found this place and look forward to visiting this on a regular basis especially with the winter months ahead.

What's really needed is the handheld sprayer that staff can use while vehicles go through, but it's never used. Another frustration is that staff on-site can't (or don't) assist with changes to your wash plan. Anytime there's an issue, you're told to contact customer service instead of being helped in the moment. We recently moved an hour away from the car wash and had a billing issue with being charged monthly, even though I thought I had canceled it back several months ago. The general manager, Tony (and employee Mike prior to speaking with Tony) were both EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with me and my situation. i explained we had moved an hour away and wouldn't be using them anymore. Even though they knew it would be unusual for us to do business with them in the future because of the logistics, they both were incredibly helpful!!! Sometimes I have had to press the call button and they fix the problem and I am well on my way. Also, LOVE the vacuums. Strong and work very well. The men that are in the car wash are so nice and do a good job spraying at the beginning and drying your car at the end. And there is a tip box at the end of the car wash. Real talk, the lines can be long so prepare for that scenario for winter. There isn't really anything they can do when the line goes past DQ. But this honestly doesn't bother me at all--for some it may be an inconvenience. Overall, I recommend.
