I recently stopped by to drop off a flyer for a non-profit event that I'm helping to organize (and they were so generous to post). I use to come here back when Packards was owned by the two gentleman. I have to say, Shawna (the owner of Main Street) has really turned this place into the best little coffee shop! I always liked the coffee and shop. But each one had issues as most small town businesses do. Not anymore! She has made this a great little coffee shop! I come by here any time I'm in town. Went here this morning for a quick coffee, I got the Mexican Mocha. It was soo yum and creamy! Tasted like chocolate abuelita with coffee. I'm a big coffee drinker and I wish it was a little stronger but it was still very good regardless! I just move down the street and I'm excited to come back and try something different! Our first time here and it did not disappoint! We ordered 2 large coffees, 2 breakfast sandwiches, and a pastry. I can confidently say the breakfast sandwich was one of the best I've ever had, from anywhere. Customizable with great options. Nothing overly complicated but done supremely well. Our total was around $38 but when you're supporting a small business during times like this we found it rather fair. The service was great as well. Always nice to see people enjoying what they do. I'm so impressed with the new menu changes and ownership/management. The last time I visited was in the summer and the food options were mediocre. I decided to give them another try and I'm glad I did. Their menu is huge, the bubble waffles are absolutely delicious, as well as the avocado toast. I went to Main Street Coffee for the first time and it was such a great experience. Everything was perfect from the delicious iced mocha to the atmosphere and not to forget the chocolate chip scone! I've had scones at other places and they can sometimes taste kind of dry and stale, but this one was seriously SO good. I think I can honestly say it's the best scone I've ever had. Everything I look for in a local coffee shop. Only criticism (not worth remove a star for) the lids on the cold drinks can be a little challenging getting a straw through. read more
