Maybe take a class or two in customer service and business ethics before bringing a sorry attitude to the very customers who keep the doors of your business open in this economy. And here is a lesson worth remembering: never underestimate a customer. The person ordering a $20 lunch could very well be the person who leaves a $200 tip when treated exceptionally well. You have no idea who is sitting in front of you or how many other customers they may send your way. A customer should never have to compete for basic courtesy. Lose the arrogance. Learn some manners. Learn what hospitality actually means. Treat people poorly and they will simply take their money elsewhere. That is exactly what I did, and I would not return.

Unfortunately, that attention to ingredient sourcing seems to stop when it comes to cooking oils. Many of the menu items are prepared with soybean oil, which was disappointing given the otherwise high-quality and health-conscious image of the restaurant. Soybean oil is highly processed and contains large amounts of omega-6 polyunsaturated fats. While omega-6 fats are essential in moderation, excessive consumption relative to omega-3 intake has been associated with increased inflammation in some research. Soybean oil is also more susceptible to oxidation when exposed to high cooking temperatures, potentially producing compounds that some studies suggest may contribute to oxidative stress. We stopped in to get some quick ice cream and it was totally worth it! So many different flavors, toppings, so well priced, and very friendly service.
