So I finally decided to try this place since I work in Rialto and see this place numerous times as I work. I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito . As far as taste , it was delicious and the salsas they gave me with it were very tasty but my only complaint is the ratio of ingredients considering the price. Meat ratio was very low compared to the amount of rice and beans. It's about 50% rice 30% beans 15% meat and 5% salsa. Please up the meat ratio a little bit , it's the star of the show . One minor thing also is the wait time in the drive-thru was a bit long but ok considering everything tastes fresh and yummy. Will definitely return to try something new. i've never done reviews on restaurants, but I really want to love this restaurant. I think the whole idea and the concept of it is great. The menu is great. However, the food is very bland no flavor, no Sazon. The customer service is great people are very friendly. Just one advice I can give the chefs that are preparing the food. Add more flavor to the food some spices and salts, and this restaurant would be a hit. I'm still giving it five stars because I really wanted to do well. Did a doordash order with this place. It was first time trying it. I got an avocado omelet with cheese. They melted slice cheese on top... usually it's better with shredded but decided to try it. The avocados were not good. It looked like it was about to go bad. If I see a bunch of brown spots in an avocado I would not want to use and serve it to people. My boyfriend had gotten the 2 cakes, 2 bacon, and 2 eggs. He said the bacon was trash and that he'd rather have bacon from McDonald's. This place has the best fast food around. The reason I gave this review only 3 stars is because the inside in completely ran down. Many of the booths have ripped upholstery, the walls need to be painted, and the floor should be completely replaced. On the other hand the pastrami was too much for me to finish but totally delicious. Customers: Use the drive through and this will be your favorite lunch spot. No!, only to charge me for it and prepare my food which takes another 15-20min cause they move extremely slow and it was only chili fries. Toms is that burger place that's been around since you were a kid. I'm giving them 4 stars because I think it's worth the try for those who haven't and are passing by Rialto. There's a few things you would have to know going here, they are not so the most welcoming. I know it sounds weird but it's a mom and pop run place so I don't think they pay well. They have a long wait for food, but it's because they make your food as you order. I personally hope they don't ever close but that's my opinion on the place. Went here after a long hard day at work. I was told it was a little pricey but would be worth the delicious food. My bro had also mentioned how the owner wasn't very friendly. I have been visiting this place for a long time and not once did I ever have a problem. I went early morning and bought myself a sausage breakfast burrito. I was close to the end of the burrito when I took a bite and something hurt. I know there is no bones in what I ordered but ignored it. Took a second bite and it hurt again I spit out what was in my mouth and there was a staple. I freaked out! I look thru the burrito and found 2 more. I called the restaurant right away and the cashier who helped me apologized right away and offered my money back. I took it back to them right away and I met at the counter with the same cashier and the cook. As I walked in he said give her the money but I know that wasn't from us. I explained to him I always come here with my family and never had a problem until now and I was bringing it to show them to be careful. Not in a mean or offensive way. And he kept insisting it was from them basically calling me a lier. I really wouldn't have posted this if I had a different reaction from this man.
