Service was absolutely terrible and they have HORRIBLE attitudes . Me and my cousin went in for a pedicure one day and i had already had my nails done so they were asking who did it and mentioned that they could do it cheaper . The original price that i had already had my nails done for was $65 , she told me she could do a full set for $45 . I told her okay and that i would be back when i took my other set off . Moving forward to today before i even went in i called and reminded them that they said they would do my full set and that i was on my way because she said they COULD . I walk in and one of the lady's were sitting down , i told her and reminded her once again of what i wanted . She looks me up and down and they start speaking in their own language . So the one that was sitting down came up to me and was like "we don't do acrylic , we only do powder " and i told her about how she said she did when i was here not to long ago . She looks me up and down once again and asked me if i was okay like i did something to her me and then slams this variation of nails on the counter . So i eventually just walk out because i didn't want things to go overboard . But yes i would not recommend going to this place at all , they don't know how to treat people and again they have nasty attitudes! read more

I like nice, clean nails and for me, a pedicure is essential, because I cannot bend down to take care of my feet anymore. Lucy ( and her son, Lon) are the BEST! Lucy leaves my legs and feet 100 percent better with a wonderful massage she does. Lon is like a wizard With nails, especially the powder which lasts much longer! I have never used Kim, but she seems to be very good at her job, as well. The place is super clean, bright , cheery and the manicurists are friendly and professional!! I wish there was a way to leave a ZERO star review, because if there was that's what I would give this place. The $15 fill sign looked really appealing to me so I went in. I asked for a fill. Lucy did my nails and she asked if I had dip. I said I sure do. She attempted to file the dip off, and after unsuccessfully doing that she soaked my nails in acetone, something I've never had done and I believed would just take the dip off my acrylics. Not completely melt them off. So she puts a new set on. She starts dipping, she insists on pink and a holographic glitter when I requested nude and a clear glitter. I figure it's fine it looks okay. I get to pay and she says $35. I'm in shock. I pay and leave. My mistake. I get home and I get in the shower. My hair is catching in the nails. I come back in to get them off and she refuses. She insists she fixes them by super gluing the nails to my finger. I insist she takes them off. After much debate and her trying to convince me to let her fix them she agrees, not happily. She soaks them and removes them and tells me I'm good to go. I ask for my refund and she tells me NO. I tell her that I am now leaving acrylic less and polish left even though I came in for a FILL!!!! She said it's my fault that she soaked them off because she didn't know it was acrylic under them when I told her MANY times it was. After again; much squabble between employees she tells me she cannot give me a full refund or the boss will be mad at her. So much about me; the unhappy customer. She agrees to give me half my money back and to dispute the charge with my bank. Leaving nailless and unhappy. Doesn't care my cuticles are bleeding. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID!!!!!!! This is my fourth time here. Came in today and shop is remodeled and looks very nice. Got mani/pedi. Told them I used gel on mani but they asked if my nails were healthy. I said they r extremely brittle, break easily and are very soft. Cathy suggested I use regular polish to let my nails heal. It's been 45 days since they suggested that and my nails look great! The service was horrible.. she never asked me what shape handed me the color rack with barley any colors to choose from. I wanted tips but as she was applying them glue left all over my skin the color was to light but looked different on the rack,place looks old and sketchy even one of the nail teach was doing her own feet while there was Customers horrible! I've tried many salons in West County and this is by far my favorite place to get my nails and brows done. I've brought family and friends to get their nails done here as well. I have had acrylics applied and removed, gel polish, regular manicures and pedicures, and waxing done at this location. The prices are very reasonable, and they women who work there always accommodate you. I've never left disappointed, and if there's ever a problem, let them know and they'll fix it right away. It's also my favorite place to get my brows waxed. I've gotten them threaded and waxed elsewhere, but after trying here, it's my go-to. Was visiting a friend and we decided to get pedicures. Spent $30 for a pedicure with gel polish. The polish was all over my skin and looked awful. I have visited Majestic Nails numerous times without any major issues. Not the best work but friendly staff made up for it. Today my experience was so bad that I left before my manicure was finished. First, while being worked on , a customer came in for a pedicure and I was left sitting at the manicure station. I expressed my irritation and the worker came back to finish my nails. (She didn't wash her hands between us) several times I told her my nails were uneven and she insisted they were fine. I got so frustrated that I left before the manicure was finished. This was the poorest job of any I have experienced in a manicure. The woman was recklessly fast, did not have a good basic color (only lots of reds and pinks), she didn't let the soaking do it's work, no use of a cuticle stick to push down the cuticles, and the drying area was dirty and did not dry nails well at all. There was polish outside of the nail itself. I was very disappointed and would have done a far better job myself. I have never been so rushed through a manicure and would not go back or recommend this to anyone else. read more
