As you drive in if you continue in a circle there is plenty of more parking. The beautiful nature surrounding was quite a view with a playground and some batting cages. Restroom available with a full snack bar and decent food. Teriyaki chicken and rice was a hit! It did take us 30 Minutes to get here from the strip. My issue were the fences. Literally a softball parents nightmare. Like how am I supposed to see my babyyyyy?!?!? read more

Not very scenic of a walk when compared to other parks I've been to recently, but a nice walking park all the same. I consider the nearby Lone Mountain Park to be more scenic for a walk. read more

Best Park to have a softball game. My Daughter plays for Northwest so we've been coming here since she was 6. Over time they've upgraded the fields little by little they still need some overlap work but they are still good. The park is well maintained, lit up, and overall clean. Bathrooms are impressive for a park restroom. There's a lot of food and car traffic through this park but nothing to weird no bad experiences with the public. The parks playgrounds are nice too. read more

This is a review of the loop that includes the panoramic view of Las Vegas valley from the west parking lot, along with the breathtaking stretch of stairs, and paved ramp back to the top. It is my favorite workout in Las Vegas because I only need to go around the loop four times and I've had enough. There is no better way to get an intense workout in Vegas, because of how of how much continuous elevation that it requires you to climb. I run up the stairs, two steps at a time, which is very anaerobic. Running up the ramp is equally challenging but on a more gradual incline than the stairs. Therefore, it is as much of a mental challenge to jog or run up it without stopping to walk. I tried running the loop at night, but the lighting is insufficient, unfortunately. When weather or my schedule doesn't permit, I plan to get a similar exercise benefit by using a combination of the stepmill and the indoor running track at LVAC. read more

Mostly, a little league baseball park and I'm not a baseball dad but my wife loves to get her cardio workout done here. She loves to run the steps and lung up that big asphalt slope. I do the same ting with her now and then. It was a great day outside today and cardio doesn't always have to be confined to a gym. This type of workout gives us a reason to be outdoors. Majestic Park, is So majestic for walks in the evening! Excellent for walks with your "boo",and your dogs. Very safe, and mostly other friendly locals. On the weekends you tend to get a good crowd of People for multiple softball games,and activities. Me personally I use it for solitude and a piece of mind. this park does live up to the name indeed! This is a fabulous park with, yes, majestic views of the valley. I discovered it recently by accident after cycling in the neighborhood, trying to avoid the traffic going downhill Cheyenne after I rode it uphill to get some carbs at my favorite doughnut shop. The park is located at Alexander and Hualapai Way, but basically takes up the block from Alexander to Gowan. There are several baseball fields as well as playgrounds and a walking/running trail. *Training tip for cyclists/runners/walkers who want some hills: Start as far east as you want, e.g. Cimarron, Buffalo, Durango, and go west, my friends. Gowan Rd. has well-marked bike lanes for you to travel on and the park's views when you get to the top are worth it. read more

I was so happy to discover this park through my local women's running group. *It has plenty of parking, even when the many ball fields are being utilized *well lit, and well populated so I've never felt uncomfortable or unsafe here at night *clean bathrooms by park standards I enjoy this park because it is a great place for hill repeats, and using the stairs as a great cardio tool. It's also close to Lone Mountain, to access the trail that goes around the base of the trail, as well as a good base spot to park your car and bike over to the western beltway trail. So im here for my daughters Softball game Stars and Stripes tournament 2022 and the %#]€+} grounds crew decides to turn on the sprinklers to our field before the game but did not know how to turn them off, flooded our fields and just kept saying" their on a timer i can do anything" delayed our game 1 1/2 hours. Finally after our first game the grounds crew again turned on the sprinklers to our field and yet again they said they were on a timer but this didn't happen to any other field. Then they guys said go ahead and play but the field were still wet. They don't care about the girl's safety. Very unprofessional crew. read more

This park is my cardio every morning. We have our regulars as well. They have these inclined stair and a long incline hill to do a lot of cardio and one that loves outdoors it truly has kept me in shape. Not many people in the mornings and when you get your routine you will be happy to have found this little blessing. read more

This place is pretty simple and straightforward once you know your way around. When you drive up to the main arched park entrance, do not enter. Hang a right and then turn into the next parking lot. You'll see a much smaller baby arch leading down the stairs, where you can get your Rocky-style workout on. read more

I'm amazed at this softball park. There are about 12 fields that take up the entire street corner, adequate seating and room to bring your own chairs. Nice lighting and a sun shade over bleachers and dugouts. Because of the size of the park it would be nice to have at least half the size for parking to accommodate practice and games for the parents, there is an overflow parking lot across the street and that is limited spots available as well. My daughter was in a Softball showcase at Majestic Park. There is no signage where we dropped her off to tell us which fields we were on. Turns out we dropped her off in the wrong area nowhere near her field. The website for Majestic Park did not even show fields 1-5. Bad signage, bad website, no information. This is not hard to get right, LV just doesn't do it. read more

This is a great park. Multiple fields, so usually when we come there are quite a few teams here. The upper fields are by far the best, when it comes to parking and closeness to the fields. If you get the lower fields, it is a serious trek down to the fields and the return is even worse. However, the fields are nicely maintained and this is really a nice park to play ball at. read more

The great thing about this park when we do go and have been, is that my boys always get the park to themselves. We have sure made lots of funny home videos when it used to be our party of 4 because of that. Parking is abundant, unless there are baseball games happening. Park is close to the bathroom. For the most part, it's a pretty clean park and we have never felt unsafe. Whenever other families arrived, it wasn't to play at the park. They would be out on the fields practicing. It's rather hard to compete because Lone Mountain Regional is right there along with all the other parks around the mountain. While those parks are much more updated or have more to offer...if you're looking for something more chill and you want to get away from the mass, have the same view Lone Mountain offers...youve found your place. My friends and I decided to meet here extremely early in the freezing cold and run and train like we had a marathon. (We didn't.) We ran around the neighborhood for 3 miles (usually 8-11 miles other mornings) then do many bootcamp-like drills involving the stairs and hills that surround the park. When I arrived it was still pitch black and this Poltergeist looking man in a truck was eyeing me like I was a victim. IMMEDIATELY I regretted checking in on Yelp and realized it was probably best if I check in AFTER, next time. Luckily he continued to drive and not stop to assault me and I was able to find my friends who were there earlier than our meet up time. PHEW! After running up and down those stairs and up the hills, I felt like I was going to throw up! Feeling like a weenie, I didn't tell anyone until a few others admitted that they wanted to throw up as well. Breathing heavy and dry heaving, I thought about what this stand up comedian said, "So listen to this. I'm at the gym. I'm looking around and everyone has their headphones on working out. One guy is struggling to bench this heavy ass weight. A woman is running on the treadmill sweating like crazy and I just stopped. I put down my weights and I just looked around and thought, 'Why are we doing this? Majority of us aren't pro athletes. We have no game, championship, or tournament approaching. What are we killing ourselves for?' Then I realized----it's to get through THE NEXT workout!" ---LOL--everyone in the audience laughed. But--its so true. I was thinking--why do I get up at 5am to torture myself to the point I wanna barf my wild apple pre-workout???? As I ran up my 7th hill, I looked at my shadow and my legs looked GREAT! "That's why!" Beautiful park set in the lower area below mountains. This park is about a 30 min drive from the strip. It's a newer park with lots of covered seating. We are playing early evening in November so it's a bit chilly. Due to the type of dirt they use, there is a haze about the park. Once you are here for a bit, you don't notice it as much. The concession stand has all the normal offerings and then they have some amazing additions that they grill and make inside from scratch for dinner. Not just your normal hotdogs! Chicken fried rice is the one I saw many people eating that looked delicious! read more

For the last 3 years, this park has been a huge part of my life. They got a massive staircase here that has exactly 106 steps. You will find me doing sprints up those steps all year round. During the summer I'll do them in 120 degree heat. During the winter I'll still be running up these steps even when they are covered in ice. During the flash floods, this place fills up real fast. So, try to avoid this place during the monsoon season. Also, after the monsoons end, you will see a lot of brown recluse spiders. I've never seen a scorpion here though, even though the guys who live in the apartments across the street complain about them all the time. The marshall is usually parked in the upper parking lot for the majority of the night. So, you got some security here. The restrooms are generally clean because no one ever uses them. I'm telling you, no one ever comes here for some reason unless they got an event going on. During summer months, it gets really hot and the heat gets trapped in this park due to it's crater-like shape. This place becomes a complete sauna, which may create opportunity for dehydration, and heat stroke. There are drinking fountains all over, but during the summer even the water that comes out is boiling hot. It's not pretty at all. Don't work out here, or do any high intensity conditioning unless you are in supreme shape. During my teenage years, I was an Olympic-Style Boxer and had to cut weight every single week. I used to have to wear those plastic sauna suits and sweat off 10-15 lbs a day. There was even some really awful times when I had to sweat off an excess of 25lbs. I gotta assume that all those years of abuse on my body somehow conditioned myself to be able to withstand heat and dehydration. Last summer I came here to run with a couple of my friends and they immediately started overheating and getting really dizzy. But, I was fine for some reason. So, I guess unless you are a boxer, wrestler, Bjj, or mma fighter I wouldn't recommend training here during summer. And believe me, during the summer I am always the only guy here. Nobody comes here until the 4th of July. That's the day when all the parking spaces are taken, and people start checking in on their yelp app. After that date, nobody comes here but me and the softball chicks. I guess because this park is located at the very top of the city, it is the ideal place to watch the fireworks. When I lived in California, we used to have local 4th of July events held by the city at big public parks like this one. I really wanna try to propose to the city that we could have an event here next 4th. Hopefully, I can get some support from the locals. read more

this place is a great place for your kids to come play or to come play for softball team. They have really good teams and softball leagues even ones that u can travel with. My daughter used to play here for like four years and I really really like I can't say anything bad about it well may be the management a little bit but they're not that bad. read more

Best place I've found to run stairs in Vegas. For you fellow stair runners out there, there are five 18-step flights and one 16-step flight, for a total of 106 steps. Baldwin Hills it ain't, but after 10 to 20 run-ups I have that healthy afterglow that only HIIT can provide. read more

I love all the shade, that was great. The set up is nice. The fields ( all of them, some worse than others) had huge holes in them on the mound and the plate was is concern for injuries. The restroom were not maintained. We were there for big tournament for 12-15 hours a day. Toilet paper was out, trash everywhere, seats were gross. Next morning, it was the same. read more
